การศึกษาประสิทธิผลของการใช้ขี้ผึ้งตำรับ "เสว่ฟู่จู๋ยวี" ในการรักษาภาวะปวดชนิดเลือดคั่งตามศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีนในผู้สูงอายุ

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของขี้ผึ้งสมุนไพรจีนเพื่อรักษาอาการเรื้อรังโดยเฉพาะอาการปวดในผู้สูงอายุในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลบางโฉลง อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยใช้ตำรับยา"เสว่ฟู่จู๋ยว"ี โดยศึกษาแบบสองกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบกัน เก็บข้อมูลก่อนและหลังทดลอง (clinical control-trial group) โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่ อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากแพทย์แผนจีนแล้วว่าอยู่ในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการภาวะปวดชนิดเลือดคั่งตามศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีน จำนวน 67 คน เป็นหญิง 34 ราย เป็นชาย 33 ราย กลุ่มทดลอง เป็นหญิง 18 ราย เป็นชาย 15 ราย รวม 33 ราย อายุเฉลี่ย 66.81 ปี ค่าเฉลี่ยดัชนีมวลกาย (BMI) 24.47 kg/m2 กลุ่มควบคุม เป็นหญิง 16 ราย เป็นชาย 18 ราย รวม 34 ราย อายุเฉลี่ย 68.35 ปี ค่าเฉลียดัชนีมวลกาย (BMI) 24.31 kg/m2 โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างทััง สองกลุ่มจะได้รบั ขี้ผึ้งสมุนไพรคนละ 1 กระปุก ทาและนวดเบาๆ ในบริเวณที่มีการปวดทุกวันๆ ละ 2 ครั้ง (เช้า และก่อนนอน) ติดต่อกันเป็นระยะเวลาหนึงสัปดาห์ ประเมินผลโดยการใช้แบบบันทึกข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในด้านอายุ ดัชนีมวลกาย การทำงาน กิจกรรมที่ทำและอาการปวด ก่อนการรักษา ทั้งสองกลุ่มไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ(P>0.05 ) กลุ่มทดลองหลังใช้ขี้ผึ้ง สมุนไพรจีน ตำรับ "เสว่ฟู่จู๋ยวี" พบว่ามีอาการปวดลดลงอย่างมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัย สำคัญทางสถติ (P<0.05 ) ภายในระยะเวลาหนึ่งสัปดาห์ กลุ่มควบคุมพบว่า อาการปวดก่อนและหลังการรักษาไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P>0.05 ) การเปรียบเทียบสภาวะโรคทางแพทย์จีน พบว่า ทั้งสองกลุ่มก่อนและหลังการรักษาไม่มีค วามแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถติ ิ(P>0.05 )

This research study aimed to study the efficacy of Chinese herbal ointments fortreating chronic pain, especially pain in the elderly in Bang Chalong Subdistrict, Bang PhliDistrict, Samut Prakan Province. Using the formula "Xue Fu Zhu Yu" by a two-group comparison study. Data were collected before and after the experiment (clinical control-trialgroup). Elderly people in Bang Phli District Samut Prakan Province Those diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine were among 67 patients with thrombophlebitis, 34 females, 33 males, and 18 females, 15 males in the experimental group. Total 33 cases, mean age66.81 years, mean body mass index (BMI) 24.47 kg/m2, control group: 16 females, 18males, total 34 cases, mean age 68.35 years, mean body mass index (BMI) 24.31 kg/m2.Both groups received 1 jar of herbal ointment each, applied and lightly massaged to the affected area twice daily (morning and bedtime) for a period of one week. Evaluated by using a record form.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in age, body mass index, work activity, and pain before treatment between the two groups (P>0.05 ).There was a statistically significant difference in pain reduction (P<0.05 ) in the experimental group within one week. And no statistically significant difference in pain before and after treatment (P>0.05 ) Comparison of syndromes in Chinese medicine found that There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05 ).
