การปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานตามบทบาทของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจําหมู่บ้าน : โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตําบลแห่งหนึ่ง ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานตามบทบาทของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจําหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวาน และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข กับการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานตามบทบาทของ อสม. กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจําหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตําบลแห่งหนึ่ง ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จํานวน 100 ราย จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ศึกษาระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคม-ธันวาคม พ.ศ.2559 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบไคสแควร์ (chi-square)และสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของสเปียร์แมน (Spearman’s rank correlation analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานตามบทบาทของ อสม.อยู่ในระดับสูง (x-=3.44 SD=0.36) ลักษณะส่วนบุคคล พบว่า เพศมีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.05 สําหรับอายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพการสมรส รายได้ ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวาน ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวาน การสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขโดยรวม และด้านการประเมิน มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.05 (r=0.207, r=0.222) ส่วนแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม ด้านอารมณ์ ด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร และด้านเครื่องมือหรือสิ่งของ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวาน

The objectives of this cross-sectional descriptive research were to study the level of role performance about diabetes of village health volunteers (VHVs) and to study the relationships between the personal factors, knowledge about diabetes, social support from health officers, and the role performance. The sample was 100 VHVs in a health promoting hospital, Samutprakarn province and was selected by using the simple random sampling method. Data were obtained by using questionnaire. The study was conducted between August and December 2016. Statistics used for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square test and Spearman’s rank correlation analysis. The findings revealed that the level of role performance about diabetes of VHVs were at a high level (x-=3.44 SD=0.36). Personal factors found that gender was related to the role performance about diabetes of VHVs with a statistical significance of 0.05. However, it was found that age, educational level, marital status, income, duration of being volunteers, and knowledge about diabetes were not significant related to the role performance about diabetes. Social support form health officers as a whole and appraisal support had a positive relationship with the role performance about diabetes of VHVs at the significance level of 0.05 (r=0.207, r=0.222), but emotional support , informational support and Instrumental support were statistically in significant correlation with the role performance about diabetes.
