ผลการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บแอฟพลิเคชันในวิชาโลหิตวิทยา เรื่อง การนับแยกชนิดเซลล์เม็ดเลือด

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้สำหรับเพิ่มทักษะของนักศึกษาในการจำแนกเซลล์เม็ดเลือด (2) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต (3) เพื่อประเมินเจตคติและความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนบนเว็บแอปพลิเคชันในรายวิชาโลหิตวิทยา โดยการจัดทำเป็นเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน ซึ่งบทเรียนประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน คือ เนื้อหา แบบฝึกหัด และแบบทดสอบ โดยแบบทดสอบ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระดับ ตามความยากง่าย เมื่ออัพโหลดชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ขึ้นไปในเว็บไซต์แล้ว จึงนำชุดการสอนนี้ทดสอบการใช้งานในกลุ่มนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 คณะเทคนิคการแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จำนวน 50 ราย พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยจากการทำแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนมีค่าแตกต่างจากการทำแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p=0.000) เมื่อประเมินเจตคติและความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนด้วยแบบสอบถามที่เป็นเชิงปริมาณจากมาตรการการประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ พบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจอยู่ที่ระดับมาก (3.83) แสดงว่าชุดการสอนนี้ช่วยให้ผู้เรียนสามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งการเรียนรู้ได้ง่าย และมีความสำคัญต่อการนำไปใช้พัฒนาการศึกษาวิชาโลหิตวิทยาต่อไป

The purposes of this research are to (1) create a set of learning activities for undergraduate students to enhance the skills of blood cell identification (2) study learning achievement through network and (3) assess attitude and satisfaction of learners in hematology subjects using a web application. The lesson consists of 3 parts: content, exercise and the test. The test is divided into 2 levels according to the difficulty. After uploading the set of learning activity on the website, the instructional media was tested using 50 samples of third year students, at the Faculty of Medical Technology, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. It was found that the mean score of the posttest was significantly different from the pretest score (p<0.05). The attitudes and satisfactions of the students were assessed by using a quantitative questionnaire from 5 levels. The mean of satisfaction score was at the high level (3.83). It showed that the instruction of learning activities helped students to have easy access to learning resource. It is important to use the teaching and learning model in hematology subjects for further development in education.
