dc.description.abstractบทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการจัดการเกี่ยวกับปลาสลิดจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบจากสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีต่อกระบวนการโซ่อุปทานปลาสลิด และนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาสู่การเป็นผู้ประกอบการปลาสลิด 4.0 โดยการสำรวจความเห็นของตัวแทนเกษตรกรและผลจากการมีส่วนร่วมของเกษตรกรปลาสลิด รวมทั้งการทบทวนวรรณกรรมเกี่ยวกับการวาดภาพแห่งอนาคต ที่นำไปสู่ข้อสรุปอนาคตภาพของผู้ประกอบการปลาสลิด 4.0 ผลการวิเคราะห์ สรุปได้ดังนี้ อนาคตภาพของผู้ประกอบการปลาสลิด 4.0 จังหวัดสมุทรปราการที่ควรจะเป็นประกอบด้วยการสร้างความร่วมมือของเกษตรกรอย่างเข้มแข็ง ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของสิ่งแวดล้อม สุขภาพและความปลอดภัย เพื่อเข้าสู่มาตรฐาน ประสิทธิภาพการจัดการต้นทุน และการบริหารจัดการอย่างเป็นระบบ ทั้งทางด้านการผลิต การตลาด และการบรรจุภัณฑ์en
dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this article is to study current situation and problems of Samut Prakarn Snakeskin Gourami, analyze the environment effects to Samut Prakarn Snakeskin Gourami supply chain process and proposed guideline for developing to be entrepreneur 4.0. This study collect data from the farmer representative's opinion and participation including review literature of Scenario Planning Approach lead to the conclusion approach to Scenario of Entrepreneurship 4.0. The results of the study revealed that scenario of entrepreneurship 4.0 was comprised of the farmer strengthening cooperation to business bargaining power, environment, health and safety awareness lead to standardization, cost management efficiency and the systematic management of production, marketing, and packaging.en
