ภาพสะท้อนสังคมไทยจากนวนิยายเรื่อง มายาตวัน ของกิ่งฉัตร

Abstract

บทความวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ภาพสะท้อนสังคมไทยจากนวนิยายเรื่อง มายาตวัน ของกิ่งฉัตร และนำเสนอผลการวิจัยแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นวนิยายเรื่อง มายาตวัน ของกิ่งฉัตร ได้สะท้อนภาพของสังคมไทยไว้อย่างเด่นชัด 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านสภาพชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ที่พบว่ามีความหลากหลายทั้งด้านอาหาร การกิน การแต่งกาย การประกอบอาชีพ และครอบครัวที่มีลักษณะแตกต่างกัน 2) ด้านวัฒนธรรมประกอบด้วยความเชื่อ มารยาททางสังคม และค่านิยมต่าง ๆ ที่คนไทยยึดถือปฏิบัติและธำรงไว้ให้เป็นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง 3) ด้านปัญหาสังคม ที่พบอย่างเด่นชัดได้แก่ ปัญหาโสเภณี ปัญหาเด็กกำพร้า และปัญหาความขัดแย้งของคนไทยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อชีวิตและสังคมไทยในหลายด้าน

This research article aimed to analyze the reflection of Thai society from Kingchat's novel Mayatwan and presented the research by descriptive analysis. The results showed that Kingchat's novel Mayatwan has clearly reflected the image of Thai society in 3 aspects: 1) In terms of living conditions, it was found that there was a variety of food, dress, occupation. and families with different characteristics 2) Culture consists of beliefs, social etiquette and various values that Thai people adhere to and maintain as cultural mothers continuously 3) Social problems, The most prominent ones were prostitution problems, orphan problems. and the conflicts of Thai people that affect Thai life and society in many aspects.
