中泰出版社《旅遊漢語》教材對比研究——以中國上海大學出版 社《旅遊漢語》與泰國素可泰大學出版社《旅遊漢語》為例

Abstract

綜觀全世界,中國人扮演著舉足輕重的角色,中文的重要性更是不言而喻。泰國旅 遊業為泰國經濟增長主要的支柱，中國遊客在泰國的觀光旅遊佔了百分之三十以上,而 且有逐年增加的趨勢，中國遊客是泰國旅遊從業的大市場，但會講中文的泰國相關旅 遊業的人員卻不夠。有鑑於此,為了提高泰國的旅遊服務及旅遊漢語教學水平，同時為 了提供針對泰國旅遊漢語教材編寫者參考，筆者將兩套《旅遊漢語》分別為中國上海 大學出版社《旅遊漢語》和泰國素可泰探馬提叻遠端教育大學出版社《旅遊漢語》進 行對比分析，找出兩者的優缺點，從而語旅遊漢語教材提供一些建議。 本文的第一部分主要介紹介紹了本次研究的選題背景和研究意義，介紹了相關 文獻和國內外的相關研究狀況，最後介紹了本文使用的理論和研究方法。 第二部分介紹泰國旅遊漢語教學情況分析。 第三部分對兩套教材的編寫體例、課文、詞彙、語法、練習進行對比分析，並 提出今後對泰國大學旅遊系初級漢語學習者編寫旅遊漢語教材之建議。 最後一個部分對本次研究進行了總結。

Looking at today’s world, the Chinese indescribably play a very significant role. Thus, it goes without saying the Chinese language has become an essential skill in certain industries. Tourism is the main industry to drive Thailand’s economy. Recently, the Chinese tourist population accounts for more than 30% of the total tourist figure in Thailand and is still growing steadily. However, Thai people are not sufficiently fluent in Chinese language. Thus, in order to upgrade service quality and improve “Tourism Chinese” education in Thailand, this research will do a comparative analysis on the two "Tourism Chinese" textbooks, which are published at Shanghai University, China and at Sukhothai Thammathirat University, Thailand. A further goal is to look for the strengths and weaknesses of the two and provide some suggestions regarding writing a tourism Chinese textbook. The first part of this article introduces the research background, some relevant literature and research in Thailand and overseas, the theory and methods that were used in this research. The second part is the characteristics of Tourism Chinese teaching in Thailand. The third part is the comparative analyses of the two textbooks considering five aspects, which are the writing style, the text, the vocabulary, the grammar and the exercises. Moreover at the end of each aspect the author has provided some suggestions regarding writing a tourism Chinese textbook. The last part of the article is the summary of this research.
