การศึกษาปรสิตที่พบในปลานิล อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปรสิตที่พบในปลานิล จากตลาดสดในอำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 100 ตัว โดยตรวจสอบโครงสร้างภายนอกปลานิลด้วยวิธี skin scraping และ gill biopsy พบว่าตัวอย่างปลามีอัตราการติดปรสิตดังนี้ Trichodina sp., Scyphidia sp., Epistylis sp., Monogenes และ Nauplius คิดเป็นร้อยละ 71, 8, 6, 5 และ 2 ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ยังพบ Strongyloides sp. ระยะ rhabditiform คิดเป็นร้อยละ 1 ซึ่งเป็นปรสิตที่ก่อโรคในคน และติดต่อสู่คนได้โดยการไชเข้าผิวหนังโดยตรง ส่วนโครงสร้างภายในพบสิ่งมีชีวิตรูปร่างคล้ายพยาธิหัวหนาม ลำตัวเรียวยาว บริเวณหัวมีลักษณะคล้ายขอหนาม มีอวัยวะภายใน และเคลื่อนที่โดยการยืดหดลำตัว นอกจากนี้ยังตรวจพบตัวอย่างปลาที่มี Euglena ภายในลำไส้ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 82 จากการศึกษาลักษณะทางเนื้อเยื่อวิทยาของตับจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างปลาที่ติดปรสิตด้วยสี Hematoxylin and Eosin ไม่พบความผิดปกติของเนื้อเยื่อ จากการศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า Trichodina sp. เป็นปรสิตที่พบได้มากที่สุด ซึ่งเป็นปรสิตที่ก่อโรคในปลา ทั้งยังพบ Strongyloides sp. ซึ่งก่อโรคได้ในคน ข้อมูลที่ได้อาจเป็นประโยชน์ทางด้านสาธารณสุขในการป้องกันการเกิดโรคที่มีสาเหตุจากปรสิตสำหรับผู้บริโภคและแนวทางการป้องกันการก่อโรคในปลาต่อไป

This study aims to study parasites found in Oreochromis niloticus from market in Bang Phi district, Samutprakarn province. It was observed that the total number of 100 fish to detect parasite from external structures by skin scraping and a gill biopsy technique. Fish sample were found to be infested with parasite, Trichodina sp. (71%), Scyphidia sp. (8%), Epistylis sp. (6%), Monogenes (5%) and Nauplius (2%). In addition, Strongyloides sp. Rhabditiform larvae (1%) can found from external structures, which can cause disease in humans by penetrates bare skin that touches it infested soil. From was found internal structures found parasitic worms such as Acanthocephala, thorny-headed worms, or spiny-headed worms, which it uses to pierce and hold the gut wall of its host. In addition, Euglena was found in the intestine accounted for 82%. In the histological studies of liver tissues and Hematoxylin and Eosin staining was found normal tissues. This studies showed that Trichodina sp. is the most common parasites, which are parasites that cause disease in fish. Also found Strongyloides sp. which can cause disease in human. The data may be useful in public health to prevent diseases caused by parasites and guidelines for consumer protection against pathogens in fish.
