การพัฒนาโปรแกรมบนเว็บเพื่อการจัดหางานสำหรับผู้พิการ

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาโปรแกรมบนเว็บเพื่อการจัดหางานสำหรับผู้พิการที่ทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงได้ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานและผู้พิการ กรณีศึกษามาจากสำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยได้พัฒนาเป็นโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บที่ทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงได้ (Web Accessibility) เพื่อรองรับการใช้งานของผู้พิการ เจ้าหน้าที่จะทำการพิจารณางานจากเงื่อนไขที่ใช้เลือกงานให้แก่ผู้พิการตามลำดับคือ ที่ตั้ง กลุ่มงาน วุฒิการศึกษา และสภาพแวดล้อม ให้ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้พิการและลักษณะงานมากที่สุด พัฒนาด้วยภาษา PHP และใช้ MySQL เป็นระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ เพื่อใช้จัดเก็บข้อมูล ค้นหาข้อมูลงาน และสถานประกอบการที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของผู้พิการ ผลการพัฒนาพบว่า ระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ ผลการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบพบว่าอยู่ในระดับดี ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น สามารถนำไปต่อยอดให้คลอบคลุมความพิการต่าง ๆ มากขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นการสนับสนุนคุณภาพชีวิตต่อผู้พิการและส่งเสริมสังคมแห่งความเท่าเทียมให้มากยิ่งขึ้น

This paper is the Development for the Employment of Disabled People using Web Accessibility to facilitate the officer and the disabled. The case study is from the Samut Prakan Social Development and Human Security Office. It was developed as a web application with web accessibility to support the disabled. The job selection is performed by using four factors including location, job classification, education, and environment to match the disabled and the nature of the job. The application was developed with PHP language and used MySQL as the relational database management system to store data and search for jobs and establishments that fit the needs of the disabled. The results showed that the system can meet its objectives. The user satisfaction survey result was at a good level. The application can be improved the coverage of disability to support quality of life of the disabled and promote the more equitable society.
