Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบเพื่อบันทึกปัญหาสาเหตุที่ทำให้ผลผลิตไม่เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของเครื่องจักรที่มีอยู่ทั้งหมด โดยแบ่งเป็น 6 ปัญหา ได้แก่ ไม่มีคน ไม่มีวัตถุดิบ เครื่องจักรเสีย การจัดการหน้างานไม่ดี รองาน และไม่มีงานจากการขาย โดยระบบนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของระบบ Cause Identifies ที่ใช้อยู่แล้ว ซึ่งพัฒนาในรูปแบบของโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บ มีการเชื่อมต่อกันภายในองค์กรผ่านระบบเครือข่าย ใช้ภาษา ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript ในการพัฒนา และใช้ Business Intelligence ในการออกรายงานตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานในรูปแบบของกราฟและตาราง โดยระบบสามารถบันทึกและสรุปผลข้อมูลปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อดูสถิติการเกิดปัญหาสำหรับใช้เป็นแนวทางในการป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาขึ้นอีก ซึ่งจากการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานพบว่า ระบบสามารถช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการตรวจสอบปัญหาได้เป็นอย่างดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.41
