ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติตามคุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณ์มหาวิทยาลัยของนักศึกษา คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติตามคุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณ์มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ (มฉก.) และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติตามคุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณะ มฉก. กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติทุกชั้นปี จำนวน 209 ราย จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามเพศ ชั้นปี และสาขา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบไคสแควร์ และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของสเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัยพบกว่าการปฏิบัติตามคุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณ์ มฉก. อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 3.92, SD = 0.37) ในรายด้านพบว่า ด้านคุณธรรม 6 ประการ ด้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และด้านเรียนรู้เพื่อรับใช้สังคมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งหมด ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว ปัจจัยด้านมหาวิทยาลัย ปัจจัยด้านปฏิบัติทางศาสนาและปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้คุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณ์มหาวิทยาลัยอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งหมด ปัจจัยด้านบุคคลพบว่าเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับต่ำมากกับการปฏิบัติตามคุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณ์ มฉก. อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนเพศ อายุ ชั้นปี สาขาวิชา ค่าใช้จ่ายต่อเดือน และที่อยู่อาศัยระหว่างเรียน ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติตามคุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณ์ มฉก. ทางสถิติ ปัจจัยด้านปฏิบัติทางศาสนามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการปฏิบัติตามคุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณ์ มฉก. อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว ปัจจัยด้านมหาวิทยาลัย และปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้คุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณ์มหาวิทยาลัยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำกับการปฏิบัติตามคุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณ์ มฉก. อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 สรุปผลจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ควรนำปัจจัยการปฏิบัติทางศาสนา ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว ปัจจัยด้านมหาวิทยาลัย และปัจจัยการรับรู้คุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เป็นข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติตามคุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณ์ มฉก. ของนักศึกษาต่อไป

The objectives of this cross-sectional descriptive research were to study the compliance with highlight on Huachiew Chalermprakiet University (HCU) Identity and the factors related to the HCU Identity of the students. The sample size was 209 students of all years of the Faculty of Public and Environment Health, and the participants were selected by using the stratified random sampling based on gender, year of study, and major. Data were obtained by using questionnaire. Statistics used for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square test and Spearman’s rank correlation analysis. The findings revealed the compliance with the HCU identity of students where at a high level (x̄ = 3.92, SD=0.37). In each aspect found that the 6 moral aspects, such as sufficiency economy, learn to serve society were at a high level. The family factors, the university factors, the religious activity factors and perception of HCU Identity factors were at a high level. The personal factors were Grade Point Average, which had a very low positive relation to the compliance of HCU identity of students with a statistical significance of 0.05, but gender, age, year of study, major, expenses received per month, and residence during study were not significantly related to the compliance with HCU Identity. The religious activity factors had positive relationship at moderate level with the compliance of HCU identity of students at the significance level of 0.05. The family factors, the university factors, and perception of the compliance of HCU identity factors, had a low positive relationships with the compliance on the HCU identity of student at the significance level of 0.05. In conclusion, we should use religious activity factors, family factors, university factors, and perception of the compliance on HCU identity factors, as information to further support the compliance with HCU identity of students.
