การประยุกต์ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์เพื่อสนับสนุนการท่องเที่ยวในประเทศไทย

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์สำหรับการท่องเที่ยวในประเทศไทย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลด้านการท่องเที่ยวและการเดินทาง ผู้ใช้สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นต่อสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวนั้นๆ และมีการแนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวบริเวณใกล้เคียงให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวได้ โดยอาศัยหลักการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบเชิงวัตถุ (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) และพัฒนาในรูปแบบของโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บ (Web Application) ซึ่งงานวิจัยนี้แบ่งการทำงานออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ 1) ส่วนของผู้ดูแลระบบที่สามารถบริหารจัดการข้อมูลรายละเอียดของสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว โดยนำ Google Map API เข้ามาช่วยในการระบุพิกัดและตำแหน่งของสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว เพื่อความสะดวกในการบันทึกและแสดงผลข้อมูล 2) ส่วนของสมาชิกทั่วไป ที่สามารถเลือกค้นหาข้อมูลสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว โดยมีการแสดงผลข้อมูลรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ของสถานที่เที่ยวนั้น รวมถึงแสดงพิกัดและตำแหน่งที่ตั้งของสถานที่นั้นผ่านทาง Google Map API และสามารถแสดงความคิดเห็นต่อสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวนั้น ๆ ได้ โดยทางคณะผู้วิจัยได้ใช้แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานของระบบจากกลุ่มผู้ทดลองใช้จำนวน 30 ราย พบว่าผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.63 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.49

This research is to develop Application of Geographical Information System to support Thailand Tourism. The research focuses the information source for convenient travel. Visitors can exchange ideas of tourist attractions to proceed and the nearby tourist attractions to Thai and abroad tourists. The research is based on the Object Oriented analysis and design to develop in the term of web-based applications. This research composed two parts: the first one is administrator part that managed the information details of the tourist attractions where are categorized and types of attractions by province area. The Google map API is applied for identifying location coordinates of attractions, which it is easy to save and display. The last one is a member of a system that can find tourists information. The system is to display the details of correct places. Moreover, the system shows coordinates and locations of the property via the Google map API, and share their opinions on tourist attractions for using the reference to other members have been known. We have used questionnaires for evaluation the system efficiency with of 30 subjects that found the subjects have satisfied at good level with the average value equal to 4.63 and standard deviation value is 0.49 as well.
