ชนิดโรคและลักษณะผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีน ในคลินิกหัวเฉียวเวชกรรม

Abstract

รายงานการวิจัยเรื่อง การศึกษาชนิดโรคและลักษณะผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีน ในคลินิกหัวเฉียวเวชกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มุ่งศึกษาให้ทราบถึงชนิด โรคและลักษณะผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีนในคลินิกหัวเฉียวเวชกรรม มหาวิทยาลัย หัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยเก็บข้อมูลผู้ป่วยจากเวชระเบียน และแฟ้มประวัติผู้ป่วย ที่เข้ารับการรักษาด้วยศาสตร์ การแพทย์แผนจีน ที่คลินิกหัวเฉียวเวชกรรม ทบทวนตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2555 จนถึงปี พ.ศ. 2560 โดยศึกษาถึงชนิดของ โรค ลักษณะผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษา และวิธีการรักษาที่ได้รับ ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและบันทึกลงในแบบบันทึก ข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบพรรณนา ใช้สถิติอัตราส่วนร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ผลการศึกษาพบว่าลักษณะผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีน มีทุกช่วงวัย ส่วนมาก อยู่ในช่วงอายุ 36-55 ปี ผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษามีถิ่นที่อยู่ อยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพและปริมณฑลเป็นส่วนใหญ่ ส่วนใหญ่มี อาการเจ็บป่วยด้วยปัญหาสุขภาพ เรื่องปวดกระดูก ปวดข้อ ปวดกล้ามเนื้อ ได้แก่ ปวดบ่า ปวดไหล่ ปวดขา ปวดหลัง ปวดสะบัก รองลงมาเป็นกลุ่มโรคที่พบบ่อย เช่น ปวดศีรษะ นอนไม่หลับ ประจำเดือนมาไม่ปกติ โดยจำนวนผู้ป่วยที่ เข้ารับการรักษาด้วยโรคดังกล่าว มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ ทุกปี วิธีการรักษาที่ผู้ป่วยได้รับ มีทั้งการฝังเข็มการ รับประทานยาจีน การใช้โคมให้ความร้อน และการครอบแก้ว โดยวิธีการฝังเข็ม เป็นวิธีการรักษาที่ใช้มากที่สุด

This research on A Study on Disease Types and Characteristics of Patients Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine at Huachiew Clinic, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, is a descriptive research aiming to study on disease types and characteristics of patients treated by Chinese Medicine at Huachiew Clinic, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. Data were collected from medical records and patient records of patients treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine at Huachiew Clinic, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. Data were reviewed from 2012 to 2017 by studying on disease types, characteristics of treated patients, and treatment methods. Data were collected and recorded in Data Record Form and were analyzed by using descriptive analysis consisted of percentage and mean. The results revealed that characteristics of patients treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine consisted of various ages. Most patients were aged between 36-55 years. Most treated patients had the domiciles in Bangkok and suburban and most of them had health problems on bone pain, joint pain, muscle pain (including shoulder pain, leg pain, back pain, and scapular pain) followed by frequently found diseases (e.g., headache, insomnia, and irregular menstruation). The number of patients visited to the disease there was an increasing trend every year. Treatment methods were acupuncture, Chinese medication, Heat lamp Therapy, and cupping therapy. The acupuncture was the most frequently used treatment method.
