Clinical Observation of the Qianlie Honglu Prescription Treating in Dampness Heat and Blood Stasis Syndrome of IIIA Chronic Prostatitis

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the clinical curative effect of the Qianlie Honglu prescription in treating dampness heat and blood stasis syndrome of IIIA chronic prostatitis. Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of dampness heat and blood stasis IIIA chronic prostatitis in 72 patients were randomly divided into control group 36 cases and treatment group 36 cases. The control group were treated with Qianliexin capsule and the treatment group were treated with Qianlie Honglu prescription. Each group were 30 days for a course of treatment, observation of patient with the national institutes of health - chronic prostatitis symptom index (NIH-CPSI), traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and expressed prostatic secretion (EPS) test curative effect to improve the situation and evaluate the comprehensive effect. Results: Excluded the Qianlie Honglu prescription in the treatment of patient with dampness heat and blood stasis IIIA chronic prostatitis, clinical therapeutic effect analysis, the NIH-CPSI score of the treatment group and the control group showed that the total effective rate was 91.7% and 77.8%. The traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of the treatment group and the control group showed that the total effective rate was 91.7% and 80.6%. The treatment group was better than that of the control group. The results of expressed prostatic secretion test showed Qianlie Honglu prescription be able to improve the number of white blood cells in the prostate fluid, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The Qianlie Honglu prescription in treating dampness heat and blood stasis syndrome of IIIA chronic prostatitis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, it is worth further experimental study and clinical research.
