ปัจจัยทำนายการรับรู้อาการเตือนโรคหลอดเลือดสมองและการจัดการในผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานที่มีความดันโลหิตสูงร่วมด้วย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการรับรู้อาการเตือนโรคหลอดเลือดและการจัดการเมื่อเกิดอาการเตือนโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายการรับรู้อาการเตือนโรคหลอดเลือดสมองและการจัดการในผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานที่มีความดันโลหิตสูงร่วมด้วย ที่มารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลหนองกระเบียน อำเภอบ้านหมี่ จังหวัดลพบุรี ใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลลักษณะประชากร การรับรู้อาการเตือนและการจัดการเมื่อมีอาการเตือนของโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน ได้ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา รายฉบับ (S-CVI) ระหว่าง 0.97-1.00 และนำไปทดสอบได้ค่า KR-20 (Kuder-Richardson) เท่ากับ .728 และ .718 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 158 รายมีการรับรู้อาการเตือนโรคหลอดเลือดสมองและการจัดการเมื่อมีอาการเตือนโรคหลอดเลือดสมองอยู่ในระดับดี (M = 0.78, SD = 0.19, M= 0.76,SD= 0.18) ปัจจัยที่ร่วมกันทำนายการรับรู้อาการเตือนโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ได้แก่ อายุ และการได้รับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับอาการเตือนโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ร้อยละ 18.8 (Adjusted R2 = 0.188, F=19.164, p<0.001) และปัจจัยที่ร่วมกันทำนายการจัดการเมื่อมีอาการเตือนโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ได้แก่ การได้รับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับอาการเตือนโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง และการรับรู้อาการเตือนโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ร้อยละ 22.3 (Adjusted R2 =0.223, F=23.562 p<0.001)

This study aimed to identify the level of perception and management of stroke warning signs among diabetic with hypertensive patients, as well as the factors that predict them in diabetes with hypertension patients. The research was conducted in nong krabian Health Promoting Hospital, Ban Mi District, Lopburi Province, using a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire, which included questions about socio-demographics, information on stroke warning signs, perception, and management. The questionnaire had a content pass the validation check from 3 experts and validity index ranging from 0.97 to 1.00, and its reliability was calculated using Kuder-Richardson (KR20) and found to be .728 and .718, respectively. Descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analyses were performed to analyze the data. A total of 158 patients participated in a survey and reported good perception and management of stroke warning signs (M = 0.78, SD = 0.19, M= 0.76, SD= 0.18). A regression analysis was conducted to determine the factors that predict stroke warning sign perception, which included age and stroke warning sign information. Together, these factors were able to predict stroke warning sign perception by 18.8% (Adjusted R2= 0.188, F=19.164, p<0.001). Additionally, stroke warning sign information and perception together were able to predict by 22.3% (Adjusted R2=0.223, F=23.562 p <0.001).
