dc.description.abstract富贵黄金屋吸引大量中国游客,研究旨在探讨其中文服务现状,并通过资料收集及对50名员工和100位游客的问卷调查,分析服务问题与改进方向。调查显示,景区汉语服务人员数量不足,语言能力有限,导致游客在参观过程中常出现沟通障碍,影响整体满意度。尽管景区在设施与管理方面不断改进,但语言服务仍是短板,建议加强员工汉语培训,提升服务质量,更好满足不断增长的中国游客需求。en
