การพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์สำหรับการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลคลินิกกายภาพบำบัด

Abstract

การพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์สำหรับการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลคลินิกกายภาพบำบัด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลการรักษา การนัดหมายของคลินิกภายภาพ และประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน ทำให้เจ้าหน้าที่สามารถจัดการกับข้อมูลของผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษา รวมถึงการนัดหมายได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดเก็บข้อมูลผู้ป่วยในรูปแบบแฟ้มเอกสาร ซึ่งต้องใช้เวลานานในการค้นหาแฟ้มเอกสาร โดยการพัฒนาเป็นรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันและโมบายแอปพลิเคชันที่สามารถบันทึกแสดงผลข้อมูลผู้ป่วย ข้อมูลการรักษา การนัดหมาย ระบบพัฒนาด้วย React Native, NodeJS, JavaScript และ Laravel โดยจัดเก็บฐานข้อมูล MySQL ผลการทดลอง พบว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริง และตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน จากการประเมินความพึงพอใจของเจ้าหน้าที่กายภาพ จำนวน 3 คน มีระดับความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄ = 4.07) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D. = 0.51) และการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วย หรือผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วย จำนวน 20 คน มีระดับความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄ = 4.38) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D. = 0.67) ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานทำให้การปฏิบัติงานได้รวดเร็วมีความถูกต้องมากยิ่งขึ้น

The objective of developing an application for managing physical therapy clinic data for managing treatment records, appointment scheduling, and user satisfaction evaluation within a physical therapy clinic. This application enables staff to manage patient information and appointments more efficiently, addressing the issue of time-consuming document searches in a paper-bases system. The application is developed as both a web application and a mobile application capable of recording and displaying patient information, treatment records, and appointment schedules. The system is developed using React Native, NodeJS, JavaScript, and Laravel, with data stored in a MySQL database. Experimental results indicate that the developed system is practical and meets user requirements. According to the satisfaction assessment of three of three physical therapy staff members, the overall satisfaction level was high, with a mean (x̄ = 4.07) and a standard deviation (S.D. = 0.51). Furthermore, the satisfaction assessment of twenty patients or their caregivers revealed a high overall satisfaction level, with a mean (x̄ = 4.38) and a standard deviation (S.D. = 0.67) which improves a work efficiency, makes it faster and more accurate.
