Abstract

แอปพลิเคชันการตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ พัฒนาขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือช่วยเจ้าหน้าที่แผนกเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของบริษัทผลิตผลิตภัตภัณฑ์อะภูมิเนียมแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ในการตรวจสอบความพร้อมใข้งานของเครื่องให้บริการที่ตั้งประจำอยู่ในแต่ละแผนก ซึ่งมีทั้งหมดจำนวน 76 เครื่อง โดยเครื่องให้บริการเหล่านี้จะทำนี้จะทำหน้าที่ควบคุมเครื่องจักรแต่ละประเภทให้ทำงาน ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงต้องมีความพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ ซึ่งการดำเนินงานเดิมเป็นการตรวรจสอบโดยใช้แรงงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ซึ่งพบปัญหาหลายประการ ได้แก่ ข้อมูลการตรวจสอบไม่ครบถ้วน จำนวนเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่เพียงพอ เจ้าหน้าที่ใหม่ขาดประสบการณ์วิเคราะห์สาเหตุเบื้องต้นของอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงที่ทำให้เครื่องให้บริการไม่สามารถทำงานได้ โดยระบบพัฒนาเป็นเว็บแอปพลิเคชันในรูปแบบที่สามารถใช้งานได้กับทุกอุปกรณ์ มีขอบเขตการทำงานแบ่งออกเป็น การจัดการข้อมูลเครื่องให้บริการการจัดการข้อมูลผู้ใช้งานระบบ การจัดการข้อมูลเอกสารคู่มือ การตรวจสอบสภาพพร้อมใช้ของเครื่องให้บริการ การสืบค้นค้นข้อมูล และการออกรายงานการตรวจสอบรายเดือน ระบบพัฒนาด้วยภาษาโปรแกรมพีเอชพีร่วมกับจาวาเน็ตบีนส์ และใช้ฐานข้อมูลมาเรียดีบี จากการประเมินระบบโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจการใช้งานระบบกับเจ้าหน้าที่แผนกเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของบริษัทจำนวน 10 คน พบว่าระบบมีประสิทธิภาพการทำงานอยู่ในระดับดีมาก โดยคิดเป็นคำเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.70 อีกทั้งเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ของเจ้าหน้าที่ใหม่ได้เป็นอย่างดี

Computer Device Monitoring Application was developed with the purpose of being a tool to help the information technology department staff of an aluminum production company in Samut Prakan Province. To check the availability of service stations located in each department. There are a total of 76 machines in which these service machines control each type of machine to work. For this reason, it must always work. which the original operation was an inspection by using official labor which encountered several problems, for example, incomplete verification information; The number officers is insufficient. The new staff experience in analyzing the basic causes of peripheral devices that cause the Server to not work. The project is developed into a web application that can be used with all devices. The scope of the project is divided into service provider information management system, user information management system, documentation management system, checking the availability of service machines, retrieving information, and issuing monthly audit reports. The project is developed in PHP programming language with Java NetBeans and MariaDB database. The efficiency system for this project was evaluated using a satisfaction questionnaire with information technology department staff. The system's performance was at a very good level (4.70), and is also a good source of learning for new staff.
