การพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มการทดสอบซอฟต์แวร์อัตโนมัติ กรณีศึกษาเว็บแอฟพลิเคชันของระบบประกันภัย

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มการทดสอลซอฟต์แวร์อัตโนมัติ กรณีศึกษาเว็บแอฟพลิเคชันของระบบประกันภัย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับการทดสอบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันโดยอัตโนมัติด้วย Cypress 2) ลดระยะเวลาในทดสอบซอฟต์แวร์เว็บแอปพลิเคชัน 3) ลดความผิดพลาดในการบันทึกข้อมูลด้วยบุคคล และ 4) ลดเวลาและแรงงานที่มาดำเนินการจัดทำกรณีทดสอบ รวมถึงการทดสอบด้วยมือ โดยผู้วิจัยได้ทดลองใช้ระบบทดสอบอัตโนมัติเปรียบเทียบกับการทดสอบด้วยมือ เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มระบบทดสอบอัตโนมัติสำหรับใช้ในการทดสอบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันของระบบประกันภัย ซึ่งจากการศึกษาและจัดทำการทดสอบอัตโนมัติสำหรับใช้ในการทดสอบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันของระบบประกันภัย ซึ่งจากการศึกษาและจัดทำการทดสอบด้วยวิธีการทดสอบด้วยมือจำนวน 25 กรณีทดสอบ จำนวน 5 ครั้ง แล้วหาค่าเฉลี่ยของเวลาที่ใช้ในการทดสอบ และบันทึกเวลาที่ใช้ในการทดสอบ แล้วทำการทดสอบด้วยแพลตฟอร์มการทดสอบด้วยอัตโนมัติที่สร้างขึ้น จำนวน 25 กรณีทดสอบเดียวกัน จำนวน 5 ครั้ง พบว่าเวลาที่ใช้ในการทดสอบด้วยแพลตฟอร์มระบบทดสอบอัตโนมัติใช้เวลาน้อยกว่าการทดสอบแบบด้วยมือคิดเป็น 23% และยังพบว่าใช้เวลาน้อยกว่าในทุกกรณีทดสอบ นอกจากนี้ได้มีการทดสอบความถูกต้องของแพลตฟอร์มการทดสอบอัตโนมัติซึ่งพบว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดที่ได้ตกลงไว้ร่วมกัน รวมถึงยังสามารถสั่งงานได้ตามเวลาที่กำหนดได้ รายงานผลการทดสอบได้รวดเร็ว และใช้เป็นเครื่องมือติดตามกรณีทดสอบว่าถูกต้องครบถ้วนและเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด

This research is to develop an automated software testing platform. It was found that the time spent in design testing with an automated testing platform was 23% less than that of a manual testing. It takes less time in all test cases. In addition, the accuracy of the automatic test stand was tested and it was found that the developed system was accurate, complete and in accordance with the agreed specifications. Including being able to order work at the specified time, test results can be quickly reported and used as a tool to monitor whether the test cases are accurate, complete and in accordance with the requirements.
