ภาพแทนความเป็นไทยและอุดมการณ์ความเป็นเด็กในหนังสือชุด เรื่อง เมื่อคุณตาคุณยายยังเด็ก เล่ม 1

Abstract

งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาพแทนความเป็นไทยและอุดมการณ์ความเป็นเด็กในหนังสือชุด เรื่อง เมื่อคุณตาคุณยายยังเด็ก เล่ม 1 โดยศึกษาจากหนังสือชุด เรื่อง เมื่อคุณตาคุณยายยังเด็ก เล่ม 1 ของทิพย์วาณี สนิทวงศ์ ณ อยุธยา รวมทั้งหมด 40 เรื่อง ด้วยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและนำเสนอผลการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ตามกรอบแนวคิดภาพแทนความเป็นไทยและอุดมการณ์ ผลการวิจัยสามารถแบ่งเป็นสองประการ ดังนี้ ภาพแทนความเป็นไทย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ด้านเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ คนไทยจะนิยมใช้เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ที่มีเอกลักษณ์ความเป็นไทยแบบดั้งเดิม 2) ด้านอาหารการกิน อาหารไทยที่กินในชีวิตประจำวัน อาหารที่กินในเทศกาลและวันสำคัญ 3 ด้านลักษณะนิสัย คนไทยมีลักษณะนิสัยเป็นคนที่มีน้ำใจ และรู้จักสามัคคีภาพแทนความเป็นไทยข้างต้นสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงวิถีชีวิตแบบดั้งเดิมที่เรียบง่าย และแนวคิดในด้านรู้จักความพอเพียง ซึ่งเป็นวิถีชีวิตและแนวคิดที่มีเอกลักษณะความเป็นไทยแบบดั้งเดิม อุดมการณ์ความเป็นเด็ก ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) อุดมการณ์ความเป็นเด็กหญิง ผู้ใหญ่พยายามปลูกฝังแนวคิดและหลักการความเรียบร้อยให้กับเด็กหญิง ความเป็นเด็กหญิงต้องมีความเรียบร้อยทั้งด้านการนอนการกิน และความสามารถในการทำอาหารและงานบ้าน 2) อุดมการณ์ความเป็นเด็กชาย จะปลูกฝังแนวคิดที่ให้เด็กชายมีความกล้าหาญ และสร้างความคิดความสามารถในการทำมาหากิน ฝึกทักษะการดำเนินชีวิตของตนเอง

This research aimed to study the representation of Thainess and childhood ideology in the book series “Muea Khunta Khunjaj Yang Dek 1” written by Thipwanee Sanitwong Na Ayutthaya, 40 stories in total. By using content analysis, the descriptive research results were presented based on the conceptual framework of Thainess and childhood ideology. The findings can be divided into two aspects. For the representation of Thainess, it was found that Thai people preferred to use appliances that show off traditional Thainess. They ate Thai food in their daily lives and during festivals, and they also had the character of being kind and lived in harmony. These aspects reflected the simple traditional way of life and the concept of self-sufficiency. For the childhood ideology, the study revealed that adults tended to instill in girls the principle of neatness. Being a girl must be neat in terms of eating, sleeping, and also having the skill of cooking and doing chores. Boys were instilled with the concept of bravery, developed their mindset and ability to earn a living, and practical living in their own ways.
