Abstract

การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาพลักษณ์ด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมกับความจงรักภักดีของผู้รับมารับริการโรงพยาบาล มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความจงรักภักดีของผู้มารับบริการโรงพยาบาลหัวเฉียว ศึกษาปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ที่สัมพันธ์กับความจงรักภักดีของผู้มารับบริการและการรับรู้ด้านรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรที่สัมพันธ์กับความจงรักภักดีของผู้มารับบริการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้มารับบริการ จำนวน 385 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอนสถิติไคสแควร์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับความจงรักภักดี อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 3.78, S.D. = 0.67) และปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ คือ อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ สัมพันธ์กับความจงรักภักดีของผู้มารับบริการ ส่วน เพศ สิทธิ การรักษา รายได้ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความจงรักภักดี และความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมด้านการกำกับดูแลองค์กร ด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน ด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อผู้บริโภค ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและการพัฒนาชุมชนและด้านการดำเนินงานอย่างเป็นธรรม มีความสัมพันธ์กับความจงรักภักดีของผู้มารับบริการ แต่ทั้งนี้ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความจงรักภักดีอย่างมีระดับทางสถิติที่ 0.05 กลุ่มผู้วิจัยเห็นว่าโรงพยาบาลควรนำด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมมาพิจารณาเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้กับผู้มารับบริการโดยการค้นหาประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรงพยาบาลเป็นการเฉพาะเพื่อศึกษาในเชิงลึกต่อไป และเพิ่มการสร้างภาพลักษณ์ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชน อันจะส่งผลให้เกิดภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีต่อโรงพยาบาลต่อไป

This research about a study of the relationships between corporate social responsibility and the loyalty of Huachiew Hospital service users is an investigative research that has the following objectives: to study the loyalty of service users in Huachiew Hospital, to study the demographic factors related to the loyalty of Huachiew Hospital service users, and to study the perception of social responsibility of the organization in relation to the loyalty of the hospital service users. The sample group was 385 service users in Huachiew Hospital. The instruments used for data collection including questionnaires, data analysis using percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Chi-Square’s test. The research found that the loyalty level of the service users in Huachiew Hospital was at a high level (x̄ = 3.78, S.D. = 0.67). As for the demographic factors, which were age, status, education level, and occupation, the relationship they had with the loyalty of Huachiew Hospital service users was statistically significant at 0.05 while the demographic factors, which were gender, treatment rights, and monthly income were not correlated with the loyalty of Huachiew Hospital service users at a statistically significant level of 0.05. For the corporate social responsibility factors, which were corporate governance, human rights, responsibility towards consumer, community participation and development, and fair operations, they were correlated with the loyalty of Huachiew Hospital service users at a statistically significant level at 0.05 while the corporate social responsibility factor for environment was not correlated with the loyalty of Huachiew Hospital service users at a statistically significant level at 0.05. The research team is of the opinion that Huachiew Hospital has the environmental considerations to create awareness with the service. And increase the image of community involvement. To create a sense of social responsibility. This will result in a good image to Huachiew Hospital.
