ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อระดับความเครียดของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นแบบภาคตัดขวางมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อระดับความเครียดของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 137 คน จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ และเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และใช้สถิติไคสแควร์วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรและระดับความเครียด ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บุคลากรโรงพยาบาลส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความเครียดสูง ปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อระดับความเครียด ได้แก่ อายุ (p-value = 0.023) สถานะทางการเงิน (p-value = 0.004) ปัจจัยทางจิตสังคม (p-value <0.05) พฤติกรรมเผชิญความเครียดแบบมุ่งแก้ปัญหาและแบบมุ่งลดอารมณ์ (p-value <0.001) ดังนั้น ฝ่ายบุคคลควรมีการวิเคราะห์งานที่เหมาะสม สถานะทางการเงินและปัจจัยทางจิตสังคมให้เหมาะสม ควรจัดอบรมทักษะการจัดการความเครียดและทักษะแก้ปัญหาให้บุคลากร

This cross-sectional research aimed to study in the factors related to stress level among hospital personal in governmental hospital, Samut Prakan. The 137 subjects were sampling by stratified random sampling and were collected their data by questionnaires. The descriptive statistics and Chi-square were applied to analyze the relationships between the variables and stress level. The results showed that most of the subjects are in high stress level. The significant factors related to stress level were including age (p-value = 0.023), financial status (p=value = 0.004) psychosocial factors (p-value <0.05), and both problem focused coping and emotional focused coping behavior (p-value<0.001). Therefore, the human resource department should determine in appropriated work, financial status, and psychosocial factors, and provide the training course in stress management and problem solving skills for their personnel.
