ระบบแจ้งเตือนการให้บริการภาคพื้นที่ครบกำหนดอายุสัญญา

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบแจ้งเตือนการให้บริการภาคพื้นที่ครบกำหนดครบอายุสัญญา ในรูปแบบโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ปัญหาการจัดเก็บและค้นคืนข้อมูลสัญญา ซึ่งเดิมที่จัดเก็บในรูปไฟล์ .xls เนื่องจากไม่มีระบบฐานข้อมูลรองรับ และแจ้งเตือนพนักงานผู้ดูแลสัญญาของแต่ละสายการบินให้รับทราบถึงวันครบกำหนดอายุสัญญาผ่านการส่งอีเมลอัตโนมัติเมื่อถึงเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ ผู้ใช้หรือพนักงานทั่วไปสามารถดูข้อมูลสัญญาและข้อมูลของพนักงานผู้ดูแลสัญญา ค้นหาข้อมูลสัญญา รวมถึงออกรายงานในรูปแบบไฟล์ .xls และ .pdf ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถจัดการข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ภายในระบบ ระบบพัฒนาขึ้นด้วยภาษา PHP และ JavaScript โดยใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Dreamweaver ในการพัฒนาส่วนต่อประสานผู้ใช้ และจัดการฐานข้อมูลโดยใช้ MySQL เมื่อนำระบบไปติดตั้งเพื่อทดสอบใช้งานจริง พบว่าระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กร จากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน จำนวน 10 คน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.29 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.50 ระบบใช้งานง่าย ทำงานได้สะดวก รวดเร็ว และยังช่วยสนับสนุนการทำงานขององค์กรได้เป็นอย่างดี

This research is the development of a notification system for the expiration of the agreement. It has been developed as a web application to improve efficiency and facilitate the operations that are related to this process within an organization. It had developed in .xls format since there is no database and notify the contract operator of each airline of the contract expiration date via automatic email at the time of the scheduled time. Users can view contract information and contract administrator employee information, search contract information Including reports in .xlsx and .pdf file formats. Administrators can manage various information within the system. The system has been developed by using PHP as programming language. It is designed by using Adobe Dreamweaver and used MySQL as database management system. The questionnaire is applied to 10 persons in evaluation process. The results show that the developed system achieves its objectives. The users in an organization can easily apply the system to improve workflow.
