ผลของการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมต่อระดับคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาการจัดการโรงพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนหลังการทดลอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณธรรมจริยธรรมโดยรวมและรายด้านของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาการจัดการโรงพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ก่อนและหลังใช้รูปแบบพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม รวมทั้งศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาหลักสูตรสาธารณาสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาการจัดการโรงพยาบาล ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในรายวิชา HM 4353 จริยธรรมในการจัดการโรงพยาบาล ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 108 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบวัดคุณธรรมจริยธรรม 2) รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ประกอบด้วย การสอนคุณธรรมจริยธรรม การกำหนดกติกาการปฏิบัติคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในห้องเรียน การจัดทำธนาคารความดีการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ข่าวเกี่ยวกับคุณธรรมจริยธรรม กิจกรรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมด้วยเสียงเพลง 3) แบบวัดความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบทีแบบกลุ่มตัวอย่างไม่อิสระต่อกัน และสถิติทดสอบวิลคอกชัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าหลังทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยคุณธรรมจริยธรรมโดยรวมสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01 ในรายด้านพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านขยัน ด้านอดทน ด้านประหยัด และด้านกตัญญู สูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01 ส่วนด้านเมตตา และด้านซื่อสัตย์ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม อยู่ในระดับมาก แสดงให้เห็นว่ารูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนี้มีประสิทธิผลทำให้นักศึกษามีคะแนนคุณธรรมจริยธรรมเพิ่มขึ้น

According to the study, a quasi experiment research methodology with one group pretest posttest design was employed in the research. The objective of this research were to compare morals and ethics of the student studying in the bachelor of public health program in Hospital Management, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University as overall and each aspect. The model of moral and ethics development was used before and after comparison. Also, the study was aimed to study the student satisfaction towards a use of model of moral and ethics development. The sample was 108 students who studied in bachelor of public health program in Hospital Management and enrolled in the course HM 4353, Ethics in Hospital Management, in the second semester of academic year 2017. The research instruments consisted of 1) moral and ethics questionnaire, 2) model of moral and ethics development, consisting of teaching morals and ethics, rules of moral and ethics practice in classroom, bank of moral and ethics, news and situational analysis in accordance with moral and ethics, and music and moral activities 3) the student satisfaction questionnaire towards model of moral and ethics development. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (dependent samples) and Wilcoxon signed rank test. The research findings showed that the sample gained significantly higher mean scores in accordance with moral and ethics than the score before the survey (p-value <0.01). In each aspect, it was found that the mean score of diligence, tolerance, economy and gratitude was significantly higher than before the survey (p-value <0.01). However, mercy and honesty had no statistically significant differences after the survey. The student satisfaction towards model of moral and ethics development was at a high level. These findings revealed that the model of moral and ethics development enhance the students’ higher moral and ethics scores.
