ระบบการขอโควตาสำหรับสั่งเช่าเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และเครื่องพิมพ์

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาประยุกต์ใช้ภายในองค์กร โดยการพัฒนาระบบขอโควตาสำหรับสั่งเช่าเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และเครื่องพิมพ์ในรูปแบบโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้ขอโควตาและเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับการขอโควตาสามารถทำงานได้สะดวก รวดเร็ว และสามารถจัดเก็บข้อมูลได้อย่างเป็นระเบียบ จากการดำเนินงานผ่านระบบ สามารถอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้ใช้ทั่วไปในการขออนุมัติโควตา และตรวจสอบสถานะรายการขอโควตาของตนเองได้ เจ้าหน้าที่สามารถอัพโหลดผลการอนุมัติรายการขอโควตาของผู้มีสิทธิอนุมัติในแต่ละระดับ ติดตามสถานะรายการขอโควตาทั้งหมด และส่งอีเมลอัตโนมัติเพื่อแจ้งผลการพิจารณาแก่ผู้ขออนุมัติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบ คือ เทคโนโลยี ASP.NET โดยพัฒนาด้วยภาษา C# ออกแบบระบบด้วยโปรแกรม Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 และใช้ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server 2010 ผลการประเมินโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประเมินประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมในด้านต่าง ๆ จากผู้ใช้งาน จำนวน 20 คน พบว่า ผู้ประเมินมีความพึงพอใจในระดับดี กล่าวได้ว่าโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้เป็นอย่างดี รวมทั้งช่วยลดภาระงานด้านเอกสารของเจ้าหน้าที่ได้อีกด้วย

This research is the development of a system to apply information technology to an organization. A quota request system for rental of computers and printers has been developed as a web application. It is developed to facilitate the requestors and the officers in quota management to operate with more efficient and effective. The system can perform the following operations: the users can request a quota and check its status via the system; the administrators can upload the approval of the request to the requestor for each authority level, track all request status, and automatically notify each requestor via an e-mail system. The system has been developed by using ASP.NET technology and using C# as programming language. It is designed by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 and used Microsoft SQL Server 2010 as database management system. In the evaluation process, the questionnaire is applied to 20 subjects. The results show that the level of satisfaction of the users to the developed system is good. The users within an organization foresee the benefit of using the application due to the reduction of paper work and the improvement of workflow.
