Abstract

โปรแกรมระบบแจ้งเตือนการหมดอายุการใช้งานของเทปมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อป้องกันการเสียหายของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ก่อให้เกิดปัญหาด้านสุขภาพ ซึ่งการผลิตแผงวงจรไฟฟ้ารวม (IC) ในขั้นตอนการลดความหนาและดัดไดจะทำให้แผ่นเวเฟอร์นั้นบางและหักง่าย จึงต้องมีเทปไว้ยึดแผ่นเวเฟอร์ เพื่อไม่เกิดความเสียหาย ปัญหา คือเททปที่ไว้ใช้ติดแผ่นเวเฟอร์หมดอายุการใช้งาน เมื่อนำไปใช้ในกระบวนการต่าง ๆ ทำให้เทปหลุดออกและเกิดความเสียหายทั้งผลิตภัณฑ์และเวลาในการดำเนินงาน โดยระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้เป็นการช่วยลดข้อผิดพลาดของผู้ใช้งานเมื่อเทปใกล้หมดอายุก็จะทำการแจ้งเตือนที่หน้าเว็บไซต์ ซึ่งจัดทำเป็นรูปแบบของโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บที่ทำงานร่วมกับเครื่อง PFID ใช้ภาษา PHP ในการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ และใช้ภาษา C ในการเขียนโปรแกรมควบคุมบอร์ด Arduino จากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ดูแลระบบพบว่า อยู่ในระดับดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.30 และความพึงพอใจของผู้งานพบว่าอยู่ในระดับดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.15

The satisfaction of the administration that results are good with 4.33 average value. Users satisfy good level with an average of 4.11 respectively.
