ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองของผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะข้อเข่าเสื่อมในเขตเทศบาลตำบลแพรกษา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยในระบบบุคคล ระบบระหว่างบุคคล และระบบสังคมที่สามารถอธิบายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองของผู้สูงอายุ ที่มีภาวะข้อเข้าเสื่อมโดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุข้อเข้าเสื่อมม จำนวน 126 คน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถาม ตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาครอนบาคได้ .896 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่บงเบนมาตรฐาน และหาสถิติถดถอยพหูคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 60-69 มีดัชนีมวลกายเกินมาตรฐาน เป็นโรคอ้วน สถานภาพสมรสคู่ การศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ไม่ได้ประกอบอาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนประมาณ 5,000 บาท อาการปวดจากโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมระดับความรุนแรงมาก ระยะเวลาการเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม 0-5 ปี มีการรักษากับแพทย์แผนปัจจุบัน มียอมรับการช่วยเหลือน้อย มีความพึงพอใจในรูปร่างของตนเองปานกลาง และการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพโดยรวมปานกลาง ผู้สูงอายุที่มีข้อเข่าเสื่อมมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองโดยรวมในระดับเหมาะสมค่อนข้างมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.56 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 1.26) และพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ .001 กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองได้แก่ 1) สรีระข้อเข้า 2) ดัชนีมวลกาย 3) ผู้ดูแลหลัก 4) การปรับสภาพที่อยู่อาศัย และ 5) ความเครียด

This study aimed to investigate the factors in personal system, interpersonal system and social system which predicted the self-care behavior of the elderly with osteoarthritis of knee by using survey research. The samples included 126 elderly with knee osteoarthritis. The instrument used was the questionnaires. The reliability was examined using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of .896 data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and analyzed predictors by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that most of the samples were female, aged between 60-69 years, a body mass index (BMI) over normal. They were married, finished the primary education, the most were couples who didn’t work and had average income less than or equal to 5,000 bath. They had evaluated the pain of osteoarthritis at high level, had the illness between 0-5 years, treated with medicines that had accepted helped lesson the pain and the perception of the elderly with osteoarthritis in the shape of self-satisfaction and the healthy overall were moderates. The elderly with osteoarthritis of knee had a self-care behavior at rather high level (mean = 3.56 S.D. = 1.26) It was found that factors that affected to the self-care behavior of the elderly with osteoarthritis of knee had statistically significant at a level of 0.05 and 0.001. They were 1) ergonomic knee 2) BMI 3) the caregiver 4) the improvement of housing and 5) the stress.
