การเขียนแผนการพยาบาลโดยใช้ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และแผนผังความคิด : ถอดบทเรียนจากนักศึกษา

Abstract

การเขียนแผนการพยาบาล (Nursing Care Plan) โดยใช้กระบวนการพยาบาล (Nursing Process) เป็นกรอบแนวคิด มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการพยาบาล อย่างไรก็ตาม พบว่า การเขียนแผนการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ยังขาดการวิเคราะห์และเชื่อมโยงองค์ประกอบต่างๆ ของแผนการพยาบาลให้ครอบคลุมครบถ้วน การใช้ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ซึ่งเป็นองค์ประกอบหนึ่งของผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ (Learning Outcome) ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา และการเชื่อมโยงองค์ประกอบต่างๆ สรุปออกมาเป็นแผนผังความคิดที่มีทุกขั้นตอนของกระบวนการพยาบาล จะช่วยให้การเขียนแผนการพยาบาลมีความครบถ้วนและเหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้น จากการทดลองใช้กับนักศึกษาพยาบาลจำนวน 16 ราย พบว่า นักศึกษามีความรู้ความเข้าใจสามารถวิเคราะห์ วางแผน และเขียนแผนการพยาบาลได้สมบูรณ์ขึ้น รวมทั้ง มีความพึงพอใจวิธีการเขียนด้วยวิธีดังกล่าวในระดับมาก

Writing a nursing care plan by applying the nursing process is an important concept in the nursing profession. In fact, the learning outcome of nursing students was lower than expected because of the lack of ability to analyze the factors which are linked to the various components of the care plan. The use of critical thinking skill is one of the important learning outcomes of higher education in the 21st century. A pilot learning method was designed for 16 students by implementing concept mapping and linking it to the various components of writing a nursing care plan. The results showed that the students gained the skill of writing a more understandable and acceptable nursing care plan. Moreover, they had increased perceptions of self-ability as well as their satisfaction level was good.
