การวิเคราะห์ตัวละครหญิงย้อนอดีตในละครโทรทัศน์อิงประวัติศาสตร์ไทย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์สถานภาพและบทบาทของตัวละครหญิงย้อนอดีต และเพื่อวิเคราะห์การปรับตัวของตัวละครหญิงย้อนอดีตในละครโทรทัศน์อิงประวัติศาสตร์ไทย ซึ่งทั้งหมดเป็นจำนวน 5 เรื่อง ได้แก่ นิราศสองภพ (2545) สู่ฝันนิรันดร (2551) ทวิภพ (2554) บ่วงบรรจถรณ์ (2560) และบุพเพสันนิวาส (2561) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ตัวละครหญิงย้อนอดีตสถานภาพในปัจจุบันเป็นบุตรสาวหรือหลานสาว เป็นน้องสาวและเป็นภรรยาในครอบครัวปัจจุบัน มีบทบาทให้ความรักและสร้างความสุขให้แก่สมาชิกครอบครัว มีสถานภาพในสังคมปัจจุบันตามฐานะครอบครัว เป็นบุคคลชนชั้นสูงหรือเป็นบุคคลชนชั้นกลาง มีบทบาทถ่ายทอดความคิดทำงานเพื่อชาติอย่างต่อเนื่องและทำตัวให้มีค่าต่อสังคม นอกจากนี้ยังมีสถานภาพที่ตัวละครได้มาจากความสามารถและการกระทำ ก็คือ การเป็นนักศึกษา เป็นพนักงานบริษัท เรียนรู้และถ่ายทอดความรู้ สร้างผลงานที่ดีตอบแทนผู้ว่าจ้างและแบ่งปันเทคนิคการทำงาน สำหรับสถานภาพและบทบาทของตัวละครหญิงในอดีต มีทั้งเป็นหลานสาว เป็นเจ้านาย เป็นบ่าว เป็นคู่รัก เป็นภรรยาและเป็นมารดาในครอบครัวในอดีต มีบทบาทดูแลความเรียบร้อยของบ้านเรือนและอบรมสั่งสอนบุตร นอกจากนั้นตัวละครยังมีสถานภาพเป็นเพื่อนและเป็นลูกศิษย์ในสังคมอดีต มีบทบาทให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่เพื่อนและสหายที่ปกป้องชาติบ้านเมือง สถานภาพต่างๆ ในปัจจุบันมีส่วนสำคัญที่ทำให้ตัวละครสามารถทำหน้าที่ตามสถานภาพในอดีตได้ดี โดยเฉพาะการมีสถานภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษาและทำงานด้านประวัติศาสตร์ ด้านการปรับตัวของตัวละครหญิงย้อนอดีต พบว่า การปรับตัวของตัวละครหญิงย้อนอดีตมี 2 ด้านใหญ่ ได้แก่ 1) การปรับตัวภายนอก เป็นการปรับตัวด้านการใช้พื้นที่อยู่อาศัย ด้านการแต่งกาย ด้านมารยาทและการวางตัวและด้านการใช้อุปกรณ์ในชีวิตประจำวัน 2) การปรับตัวภายใน เป็นการปรับตัวด้านความรู้ ด้านความคิด และด้านนิสัย โดยมีปัจจัยที่ทำให้ตัวละครหญิงย้อนอดีตต้องปรับตัว ได้แก่ การเปลี่ยนแปลงสิ่งแวดล้อม การเปลี่ยนแปลงสังคม การเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานภาพ และการได้รับอิทธิพลจากผู้อื่น ตัวละครหญิงย้อนอดีตต้องปรับตัวโดยใช้วิธีพยายามทำความเข้าใจขนบธรรมเนียม วัฒนธรรมประเพณีของสังคมนั้นๆ ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำและเลียนแบบพฤติกรรมต่างๆ ของผู้อื่น สุดท้ายจึงทำให้ตัวละครได้รับการยอมรับจากสังคมและสามารถดำรงชีวิตเข้ากับสังคมอดีตได้อย่างราบรื่นดี

This research aimed to analyze the status and roles of the time traveled female characters in Thai historical soap operas in order to observe their adjustment to their alienated environments. Five soap operas were studied, including Niras-song-phop (2002), Su-fun-ni-run-dorn (2008), Tawi-phop (2011), Boung-bunja-torn (2017) and Boop-pe-san-ni-was (2018). The study found that the time-traveled female characters in their present lives were a daughter, a niece, a sister, or a wife in a family. Their main roles were the love and happiness providers. Their status was subjected to the class of the family, such as the high class or the middle class. Their roles were conveying ideas of continuously patriotic working and self-improving for the public. Besides, they also gained the status from their own abilities or actions, such as a student or a company employee who learned and shared their knowledge or works to repay their employers. In the historical time, the ststus and roles of the studied female characters included as a niece, a master, a servant, a sweetheart, a wife, and a mother. Their major roles were a housekeeper and raising children. It was also found that some female characters were a friend or a student who assisted friends or colleagues in patriotic activities. It was notable that the status in the present time of the characters, especially dealing with education or history, could support their duites in the past. Relating to the adjustments of the female characters, two main areas were observed, including the external and the internal adjustments. The external adjustment was dealing with their areas, dressing, manners and behaviors, and using of daily utensils. The internal adjustment was mainly about knowledge, thought, and habits. The factors influencing to the adjustments of characters were the changing environments, societies, status, and the others. The female characters had to learn about traditions and customs of the past; follow suggestions; and imitate manners of the others. By all adjustments, the characters eventually gained the social respect and were able to live in the past harmoniously.
