การจัดการเรียนการสอนวัฒนธรรมไทยในมหาวิทยาลัย เมืองหนานหนิง เขตปกครองตนเองชนชาติจ้วงกว่างซี สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์วิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอนวัฒนธรรมไทยในมหาวิทยาลัย เมืองหนานหนิง เขตปกครองตนเองชนชาติจ้วงกว่างซี สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาจารย์ผู้สอนวัฒนธรรมไทยในมหาวิทยาลัยเมืองหนานหนิงจํานวน 7 แห่ง ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนาม (Field Research) โดยใช้วิธีการสังเกต (Observation) และวิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก (In-depth Interview) กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอนวัฒนธรรมไทยสามารถแบ่งเป็น 3 ประเภทใหญ่ ได้แก่ 1. วิธีการเรียนการสอนผ่านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนวัฒนธรรมไทยในชั้นเรียนซึ่งวิธีนี้แบ่งเป็น 2 ภาค คือ วิธีการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียนปกติ และวิธีการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียนออนไลน์หรือชั้นเรียนเสมือนวิธีการสอนคือ การบรรยาย การเล่นบทบาทสมมุติ การอภิปราย การจัดกิจกรรมกลุ่ม การรายงานหน้าชั้นเรียนและการใช้สื่ออื่นเสริม 2. วิธีการเรียนการสอนผ่านกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทยแบ่งเป็นโครงการด้านวัฒนธรรมไทยที่จัดขึ้นแบบระดับมหาวิทยาลัยเช่น เทศกาลวันสงกรานต์เทศกาลวันลอยกระทงกิจกรรมวันไหว้ครูและโครงการด้านวัฒนธรรมไทยที่จัดขึ้นแบบระดับมณฑลเช่นการแข่งทักษะการใช้ภาษาและการกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ การแข่งขันความสามารถข้ามวัฒนธรรมของนักศึกษา การแข่งขันผู้มีความสามารถในการจําหน่ายสินค้าผ่านการถ่ายทอดสดข้ามพรมแดนของLazadaในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ 3. วิธีการเรียนรู้ผ่านการทัศนศึกษานอกสถานที่จําแนกเป็นโครงการด้านวัฒนธรรมไทยแบบ Journey Education และโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษากับมหาวิทยาลัยที่ไทยซึ่งอาจารย์ผู้สอนประยุกต์ใช้วิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอนวัฒนธรรมไทยที่เหมาะสมสําหรับนักศึกษาจีน เพื่อให้การจัดการเรียนการสอนวัฒนธรรมไทยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล

This research aims to analyze the teaching management of Thai culture in seven universities in Nanning city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in People’s Republic of China. The sample group studied is lecturers in seven universities. Research methodologies include field trips of data collection; observation; and in-depth interviews of the informants. The study finds three major managements of teaching Thai culture in universities studied, including 1) in-class teaching; 2) teaching through activities; and3) field trip learning. For in-class teaching, two channels used are teaching in regular classes and on-line or virtual classes. Methods of teaching include lectures; role plays; discussions; group activities; class presentations; and additional materials. For teaching through activities, two levels of activities held include university-level activities on important festivals, such as Songkran; Loy Kratong; Wai-kru Ceremony. The second level is the provincial activities, for example competitions of Thai language skills; Thai speeches; cross-cultural skills; international selling skills, on-line broadcasting, held by South East Asia Lazada. For field trip learning, two methods used include the journey education focusing on projects of Thai culture; and the student exchange with Thai universities which teaching of Thai culture suitable and effective for Chinese students assigned by lecturers is provided.
