Abstract

การประเมินหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาจีน หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2564 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรและประเมินคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาหลักสูตร ในด้านบริบท ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการการบริหารหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอน และผลลัพธ์ของหลักสูตร ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารหลักสูตร อาจารย์ผู้สอน นักศึกษาปัจจุบันรุ่นปีการศึกษา 2565-2567 ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา และ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร จำนวน 9 คน กลุ่มนักศึกษาปัจจุบันรุ่นปีการศึกษา 2565- 2567 จำนวน 29 คน กลุ่มผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา จำนวน 25 คน (หมายเหตุ: เลือกศึกษาเฉพาะบางส่วน จากจำนวนผู้สำเร็จ การศึกษาปีการศึกษา 2566 รวม 47 คน) กลุ่มผู้ใช้บัณฑิตของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา จำนวน 13 คน และกลุ่มผู้เชี ่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน การรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้วิธีการตอบแบบสอบถาม สนทนากลุ่ม สัมภาษณ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามนักศึกษาปัจจุบัน ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ผู้ใช้บัณฑิต อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 1) ผลการประเมินด้านบริบท การจัดกระบวนการเรียนการสอนในหลักสูตรตรงกับวัตถุประสงค์และปรัชญาของ หลักสูตร นั่นคือ หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรดุษฏีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาจีน มุ่งพัฒนาบัณฑิตให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้าน ทักษะการสอนวิชาภาษาจีน และมีความสามารถด้านเทคนิควิธีการสอนที่ทันสมัยด้วยวิธีการและสื่อที่เหมาะสม พร้อมทั้ง สามารถนำความรู้ความสามารถที่ได้รับไปพัฒนาและรับใช้สังคม ประเทศชาติ ภายใต้หลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต่อไป มุ่งเน้นการ สร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ในสาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาจีน เพื่อกระตุ้นให้มีผลงานวิจัยทางด้านภาษา ด้านวรรณคดี และด้าน วัฒนธรรมจีนให้มากขึ้น และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล ทั้งยังต้องมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณในวิชาชีพ สรุปได้ว่า วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรสอดคล้อง ครอบคลุมแนวคิดพื้นฐานของหลักสูตร และโครงสร้างของหลักสูตร2) ผลการประเมินด้านปัจจัยป้อนเข้า ดุษฎีบัณฑิตประเมินคุณลักษณะด้านความรู้ความสามารถของอาจารย์อยู่ ในระดับมากที่สุด ประเมินคุณลักษณะด้านการสอน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และประเมินคุณลักษณะด้านความเป็นครู อยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนนักศึกษาปัจจุบันประเมินคุณลักษณะด้านความรู้ความสามารถของอาจารย์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ประเมินคุณลักษณะด้านการสอน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และประเมินคุณลักษณะด้านความเป็นครู อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านนักศึกษาพบว่า นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ที่เข้าศึกษาต่างก็ประกอบอาชีพเป็นอาจารย์สอนภาษาจีนตั้งแต่ระดับชั้น มัธยมศึกษาไปจนถึงอุดมศึกษา โดยมีพื้นฐานความรู้และทักษะด้านภาษาศาสตร์ภาษาจีนและการวิจัยอยู่ในระดับดี หากเป็น นักศึกษาชาวไทยจะต้องมีผลสอบผ่านการสอบวัดระดับความรู้ภาษาจีน (HSK) ระดับ 6 และสอบผ่านวัดระดับความรู้ ภาษาอังกฤษตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่ทางหลักสูตรได้กำหนดไว้บัณฑิตและนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1-3 พึงพอใจด้านความสะดวกในการใช้ระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการให้บริการของห้องสมุดและสื่อการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านอาคาร สถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อมและห้องเรียน อยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ว่ามีความสำคัญมาก อาจารย์ผู้สอนมี ส่วนร่วมใน การคัดเลือกหนังสือ บทความ แนะนำแหล่งสืบค้นผลงานวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรายวิชาให้นักศึกษา นอกจากนี้ นักศึกษายังสามารถดาวน์โหลดผลงานวิชาการที ่เกี ่ยวข้องผ่านระบบคลังข้อมูล CNKI ไปใช้ได้ และปัจจุบันมหาวิทยาลัย ปรับปรุงระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตดีขึ้นมีโปรแกรมสนับสนุนและรองรับการเรียนการสอน มีคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนกลาง ส่งเสริมการ เรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ทำให้นักศึกษาใช้งานได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น 3) ผลการประเมินด้านกระบวนการผลิต นักศึกษาปัจจุบันประเมินด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร การให้คำปรึกษาของ อาจารย์ โดยมีภาพรวมความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด การบริหารหลักสูตร สาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาจีนมีระบบและกลไกในการบริหารหลักสูตร คือ คณะกรรมการ บริหารหลักสูตร ทำหน้าที่วางแผน กำกับติดตามและตรวจสอบการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีคณะกรรมการวิชาการทำหน้าที่ กำกับ ติดตามและประเมินผลการทำงานของคณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตร การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน สอดคล้องกับการพัฒนาทักษะการเรียนรู้ 5 ด้านตามกรอบมาตรฐานการ เรียนรู้ระดับชาติ (TQF) เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ให้ผู้เรียนมีส่วนร ่วมในกระบวนการเรียนรู้ จัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรใน รายวิชาต่าง ๆ โดยให้ผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการเรียนรู้ เช่น การอภิปราย การสัมมนา การประเมินการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษา ประเมินนักศึกษาหลายแบบ เช่น การสอบวัดประมวลผลคุณสมบัติ (QE Examination) การเขียนและนำเสนอรายงานวิทยานิพนธ์ย่อย การประเมินดุษฎีนิพนธ์ รวมถึงการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรม เสริมหลักสูตร การประเมินการสอนของอาจารย์ ใช้ระบบประเมินการสอนออนไลน์ซึ่งเป็นระบบประเมินผลของมหาวิทยาลัย เมื่อรับทราบผลการประเมินจากนักศึกษาอาจารย์ผู้สอนจะนำข้อเสนอและประเด็นที่ควรแก้ไขมาปรับปรุงวิธีการสอน สื่อการสอน4) ผลการประเมินด้านผลลัพธ์ของหลักสูตร การใช้เวลาศึกษาตามแผน ดุษฎีบัณฑิตร้อยละ 75.76 ใช้เวลาศึกษาและสำเร็จการศึกษาตามแผน อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสม จำนวนผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาปีการศึกษา 2566 มีระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสม 3.25 ขึ้นไป ผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับดี คุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ดุษฎีบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาจีน ประเมินความสามารถของตนเองมี ค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.65 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนผู้ใช้บัณฑิตประเมินคุณภาพของบัณฑิตจากสาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาจีน มีค่าเฉลี่ย รวม 4.83 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ประสิทธิภาพการผลิตบัณฑิต ดุษฎีบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาจีน มีงานทำ 25 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด บัณฑิตพอใจงานที่ทำจำนวน 25 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 อยู่ในระดับมาก ที่สุด และทำงานตรงสาขาที่เรียน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

The Evaluation of Doctor of Arts Program in Chinese Teaching (Revised edition 2021) College of Chinese Studies aimed to analyze the curriculum and to evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum management in various aspects such as context, input, the process of curriculum and learning management and the outcome of the curriculum. Information sources are curriculum administrators, faculties, 2022- 2024students, graduates and their supervisors, and curriculum experts. The sampling groups are comprised of one curriculum administrator, 29 students in 2022-2024 classes, 25 graduates and 13 job supervisors, and 3 curriculum experts. Methods of data collecting included group discussions, interviews and document analyses. Tool used in gathering information are (1) interviews with curriculum administrators (2) questionnaires answered by curriculum administrator, students, graduates and job supervisors. 1) Assessment of Context The learning management process met the objectives and philosophy of the curriculum. The program aims to develop graduates with knowledge and in Chinese teaching skills, as well as competence in modern teaching techniques and appropriate instructional media. Graduates will be able to apply the acquired knowledge and skills to contribute to social and national development in accordance with the philosophy of sufficiency economy. The program also emphasizes the creation of new bodies of knowledge in the field of Chinese language education, encouraging research in language, literature, and Chinese culture to meet international standards. Moreover, graduates must possess moral integrity, ethics, and professional conduct. In summary, the objectives of the curriculum are aligned with, and comprehensively cover, the fundamental concepts and structure of the program.2) Assessment of the Inputs The graduates have evaluated the knowledge and the teaching abilities of the faculties, the qualifications and academic positions of the faculties at best level. The students have evaluated the knowledge and the teaching abilities of the faculties, the qualifications and academic positions of the faculties at high level. Regarding the students, it has been found that most of them are already working as Chinese language teachers, ranging from the secondary to the higher education level. They generally possess a solid foundation in Chinese linguistics and research skills. For Thai students, they are required to have passed the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK—Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) at Level 6, as well as English language proficiency standards as specified by the program.The graduates and the students in the first, second, and third years satisfy with the ease of using the internet network of the university, the Library Service and educational media and the building , environment and classroom at high level. Advisors comment that factors of promote learning are very important. Instructors are involved in selecting textbooks, articles, and recommending sources of academic research related to the courses for students. Additionally, students can download relevant academic works through the CNKI database system. Currently, the university has improved its internet system and provides programs that support teaching and learning. Centralized computers are available to promote self-directed learning, making it more convenient for students to access and utilize these resources. 3) Assessment of Graduate Producing Process In general, present students evaluate the curriculum management of the faculty positively and they feel very pleased with talking to their advisors. Curriculum Management The faculty’s curriculum management committee plans, follows up and monitors student learning process while the faculty’s academic committee supervises, follows up and evaluates the work of the curriculum management committee.Learning Activities The student learning activities conform to the five-aspect learning skill development of the national TQF standards. The students are encouraged to participate in learning process through creating supplementary activities in various courses such as discussion, seminar and study tour. All students must past job training also. Student Learning Assessment Student learning skills evaluation is carried out through various methods, such as the Qualifying Examination (QE), the writing and presentation of a minor thesis report, the evaluation of the doctoral dissertation, as well as participation in co-curricular activities. Assessment of faculties’ teaching Students evaluate the teaching of faculties on-line through the assessment system of the university. Students’ assessment and proposals will be used to improve the teaching activities of the faculties. Other qualitative assessments are also done in class. 4) Assessment of Curriculum Outcome Planned Graduation Time A total of 75.76% of doctoral graduates completed their studies within the planned timeframe, which is considered a very good level. GPA Most students who graduated in academic year 2023 had GPA above 3.25 The result is the highest level. Graduate Qualifications The graduates evaluate themselves average 4.65 at high level. Their job supervisors evaluate the graduate’s average 4.83 at highest level. Efficiency of Graduates 100% of 25 doctoral graduates in the Chinese Language Teaching program are employed. The efficiency assessment results are at the highest level. All 25 graduates (100%) are satisfied with their current jobs, also rated at the highest level. Moreover, 100% of them are employed in fields directly related to their area of study, indicating the highest level of alignment.
