ปัจจัยทำนายสมรรถนะการพยาบาลด้วยหัวใจของนักศึกษา คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะการพยาบาลด้วยหัวใจและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อสมรรถนะการพยาบาลด้วยหัวใจของนักศึกษาคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 และ 4 ทุกคน จำนวน 373 คน เครื่องมื่อวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่า ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบัคทั้งฉบับ 0.85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 19-21 ปี ศึกษาในชั้นปีที่ 4 เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 3 ขึ้นไป รายได้ 5,000-10.000 บาทต่อเดือน รับรู้ถึงความรักความผูกพันในครอบครัวระดับมาก ทำกิจกรรมระหว่างเรียน มีคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนตัวและใช้งานทุกวัน ใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตช่วงนอกเวลาเรียนและใช้ทุกวัน โดยมากรับรู้คุณลักษณะเชิงวิชาชีพในระดับมาก (x̄ = 0.43, SD= 0.51) โดยรับรู้การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับบุคคลอื่นมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.02, SD = 0.43) โดยรับรู้เรื่องความเอื้ออาทรมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.18, SD = 0.48) รองลงมา คือ ความรับผิดชอบ (x̄ = 3.98, SD = 0.47) และการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น (x̄ = 3.95, SD = 0.55) ปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายสมรรถนะการพยาบาลด้วยหัวใจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ คือ การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะในวิชาชีพของตนเอง องค์ประกอบย่อยของการรับรู้ตนเองต่อคุณลักษณะในวิชาชีพที่ทำนายได้ คือ การทำกิจกรรม ปฏิสัมพันธ์กับบุคคลอื่น ความถนัดทางการพยาบาลที่แฝงอยู่ภายในตน และความคิดคิดก้าวหน้า สมการทำนายในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ Z (สมรรถนะการพยาบาลด้วยหัวใจ) = 0.24 (การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมระหว่างเรียนและสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียน) + 0.12 (ความถนัดทางการพยาบาลที่แฝงอยู่ภายในตน) + 0.17 (ปฏิสัมพันธ์กับบุคคลอื่น) + 0.13 (ความคิดก้าวหน้า) โดยทั้งการทำกิจกรรม ปฏิสัมพันธ์กับบุคคลอื่น ความถนัดทางการพยาบาลที่แฝงอยู่ภายในตนและความคิดก้าวหน้าร่วมกันทำนายสมรรถนะการพยาบาลด้วยหัวใจร้อยละ 29 การวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรนำปัจจัยทำนายที่ได้ไปออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนทั้งในรายวิชาทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติทุกวิชาและออกแบบกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรให้เกิดคุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณ์ที่ต้องการอย่างต่อเนื่อง

The objectives of this survey research were to examine the potential factors that have influenced the humanized nursing care efficacy of the Nursing students of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The sample included total 373 junior and senior nursing students. The questionnaires contained four parts as follows; Part I general information, Part II self-perception of nursing professional characteristics, Part Ill perception of peer characteristics on learning assistance, and lastly Part IV self-perception of humanized nursing care efficacy. The validity was assessed by three (3) experts and reliability that was calculated using the Cronbach Alpha-Coefficient is 0.849. The percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis were the statistical tools employed. The results showed that most of the respondents who are female, age between 19-21 years, senior students status, with GPA more than level 3, and income per month of 5,000-10,000 baht, perceived the warming in their families in high level, doing more activities between learning, using personal computer everyday, and using internet dialing for research. The majority of them perceived their nursing professional efficacy in high level (x̄ = 4.43, SD = 0.51), especially in human interaction aspect (x̄ = 4.02, SD = 056). They perceived their humanized nursing care efficacy in high level (x̄ = 4.03, SD = 0.43), especially in caring (x̄ = 4.18, SD = 0.48), responsibility (x̄= 3.98 SD = 0.47) and working with health care team aspects (x̄= 3.95, SD = 0.55), respectively. The predicting significantly influencing the humanized nursing care efficacy is the perception in nursing care efficacy. In this efficacy, doing more activities between learning, human interaction, laten nursing aptitude, and progressive thinking, respectively, altogether predict humanized nursing care efficacy. The predicting equation could be expressed humanized nursing care) = 0.24 (doing more activities between learning) + 0.12 (latent nursing aptitude) + 0.17 (human interaction) + 0.13 (progressive thinking). All of them could predict the humanized nursing care efficacy in 29 percentage. The research suggested that predictive factors should be applied to design the schooling activities for overall theoretical and practical subjects, as well as curricular activities to enhance the humanized nursing care efficacy of nursing students continuously to develop the desired identification objectively.
