dc.description.abstract通过旅游产品供应链及中国团队游客赴泰旅游满意度调查分析得出, 目前中国游客大致情况归结于以下四点:产品不能真正了解泰国;产品线路设计草草 了事; 产品额外加收费用; 产品组成结构需要改善。笔者认为, 应从4 个方面进行改善:推销产品方面,员工方面,路线方面以及游客方面,多方面改善提 高游客在泰旅游的质量和忠诚度。en_US
dc.description.abstractIt can be concluded from tourism product supply chain and analysis on satisfaction survey of Chinese group tourists travelling in Thailand, that at present, the general situation of Chinese tourists are summarized in the following four features: the product cannot help Chinese tourists get to know Thailand; product routes are rough; the products charge for extra fees; product structure requires improvement. The author considers that such situation can be improved from four aspects: the aspects from product promotion, the aspects from employees, the aspects from routes, and the aspects from tourists. Improvement in multiple aspects can greatly enhance the quality of and loyalty for travelling in Thailand.en_US
