ฤทธิ์ฆ่าลูกน้ำของสารสกัดจากใบโคกกระออม

Abstract

สารสกัดจากใบโคกกระออม ได้แก่ สารสกัดปิโตรเลียมอีเทอร์ สารสกัดคลอโรฟอร์ม สารสกัดเอทิลอะซีเตท และสารสกัดเอทานอล เมื่อนำมาตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติการฆ่าลูกน้ำ พบว่าสารสกัดปิโตรเลียมอีเทอร์ คลอโรฟอร์ม เอทิลอะซีเตท และเอทานอบที่ความเข้มข้น 5000 ไมโครกรัมต่อมิลลิลิตร สามารถฆ่าลูกน้ำได้ 95%, 80%, 40%, และ 45% ในเวลา 24 ชม. ตามลำดับ

Four Crude extracts of the leaves of Cardiospermum halicacabum Linn. were produced with petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and ethanol. The extracts were tested for mosquito larvicide activity. At the concentration of 5,000 µg/ml, the results showed that after 24 hours, it had 95% lethality in petroleum ether, 80% in chloroform, 40% in ethyl acetate and 45% in ethanol.
