การประเมินพื้นความรู้และพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันตนเองจากการติดเชื้อเอดส์ในการปฏิบัติวิชาชีพของพยาบาลใหม่ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินพื้นความรู้และพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันตนเองจากการติดเชื้อเอดส์ในการปฏิบัติวิชาชีพของพยาบาลใหม่ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ประชากรได้แก่ ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรวิทยาศาตร์บัณฑิต (พยาบาลและผดุงครรภ์) ในปีการศึกษา 2538 และปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลหัวเฉียว ครบ 1 ปี จำนวน 38 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม เพื่อประเมินพื้นความรู้ และ พฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันตนเองจากการติดเชื้อเอดส์ในการปฏิบัติวิชาชีพ และใช้แบบสังเกตในการประเมินพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันตนเองจากการติดเชื้อเอดส์ในการปฏิบัติวิชาชีพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยคำนวณค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพื้นความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์กับพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันตนเองจากการติดเชื้อเอดส์ และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันตนเองจากการติดเชื้อเอดส์กับการสังเกตพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันตนเองจากการติดเชื้อเอดส์ โดยใช้การทดสอบไคสแควร์ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.พยาบาลใหม่ส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์ในระดับปานกลาง ความรู้ที่มีมากที่สุดเป็นเรื่องของความหมาย การดูแลรักษาและการแพร่กระจายของโรค 2.พยาบาลใหม่ส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันตนเองจากการติดเชื้อเอดส์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3.ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์ และพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันตนเองจากการติดเชื้อเอดส์ของพยาบาลใหม่มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 4.การสังเกตพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันตนเองจากการติดเชื้อเอดส์ของพยาบาลใหม่พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอดส์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 5.พฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันตนเองจากการติดเชื้อเอดส์ของพยาบาลใหม่ที่ได้จากการตอบแบบสอบถาม และจากการสังเกตพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติ พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The purpose of this research was to assess the knowledge and practice concerning of new graduate nurses’s self protection from the AIDS during delivery professional nursing practice in Faculty of Nursing at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The study was conducted among 38 new graduate nurses, who responded the questionnaires, from Hua Chiew Hospital to study the knowledge, self protection from the AIDS during delivery professional nursing practice and observation of nurses’s self protection from the AIDS during delivery professional nursing practice too. The data was analyzed using percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The relationship between knowledge and practice concerning of new graduate nurses’s self protection from the AIDS during professional practice and the relationship between the nurses’s protection from AIDS derived by observation of professional nursing practice and by response to the questionnaire was analyzed by Chi-Square test. The five of following result were found. 1.Most of the new graduate nurses had the knowledge of AIDS at the middle level. However, most of their knowledge is about meaning, caring and pandemic of AIDS. 2.For the practice concerning of new graduate nurses’s self protection from the AIDS during delivery professional practice. The population had reported at the middle level. 3.The analysis of the relationship between knowledge and practice concerning of new graduate nurses’s self protection from the AIDS during professional practice was performed. The result had indicated that it was statistically significant at the 0.05 level. 4.The observation of practice concerning of new graduate nurses’s self protection from the AIDS during professional practice had reported at the middle level. 5.The relationship of nurses’s self protection from AIDS derived by observation of professional nursing practice and by response to the questionnaire was analyzed. The result had indicated that is was statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
