การประเมินหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการสื่อสารภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาที่สอง (หลักสูตรใหม่ พ.ศ. 2564) คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยประเมินหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการสื่อสารภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาที่สอง (หลักสูตรใหม่ พ.ศ. 2564) คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการสื่อสารภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาที่สอง (หลักสูตรใหม่ พ.ศ. 2564) โดยใช้รูปแบบการประเมินซิป (CIPP Model) ครอบคลุม 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบริบท ปัจจัย นำเข้า กระบวนการ และผลผลิต รวมถึงการสำรวจความต้องการของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเพื่อการ พัฒนาหลักสูตรตามแนวทาง OBE กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ใช้บัณฑิต ศิษย์เก่า ผู้เรียนในอนาคต (จบปริญญาโท แล้ว) ศิษย์ปัจจุบัน อาจารย์ และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ รวม 71 คน ทั้งในประเทศไทยและสาธารณรัฐประชาชน จีน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านบริบท (Context): หลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์และเอกลักษณ์ ด้านจีนศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยในระดับสูง มุ่งเน้นการผลิตดุษฎีบัณฑิตที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญการสื่อสาร ข้ามวัฒนธรรมไทย-จีน สอดคล้องกับปณิธาน "เรียนรู้เพื่อรับใช้สังคม" และความต้องการบุคลากรใน ยุคประชาคมอาเซียน ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) คณาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรมีคุณวุฒิระดับปริญญาเอก ร้อยละ 100 และได้รับคะแนนประเมินความพึงพอใจจากนักศึกษาในระดับมากที่สุด (5.00) ด้าน ปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้พบว่าระบบห้องสมุดออนไลน์ (MS Teams) และระบบเครือข่าย อินเทอร์เน็ตมีความพร้อมและเพียงพอต่อการค้นคว้าในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านกระบวนการ (Process): มีระบบการบริหารจัดการตามกรอบ TQF ที่เข้มแข็ง จุดเด่นที่สำคัญคือการให้คำปรึกษาที่ใกล้ชิด (5.00) และกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นการปฏิบัติจริงผ่านการออกภาคสนาม (Fieldwork) ทุกภาคการศึกษา เพื่อสร้างทักษะการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้านผลผลิต (Product) บัณฑิตสำเร็จ การศึกษาตามแผนร้อยละ 100 มีอัตราการได้งานทำร้อยละ 100 โดยเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งอาจารย์ ในมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำของจีนและตำแหน่งบริหารในภาคเอกชน บัณฑิตมีอัตลักษณ์ที่โดดเด่นคือความ ขยันอดทนแบบจีนผสมผสานความอ่อนน้อมแบบไทย และมีสมรรถนะการวิจัยระดับสูงเป็นที่ยอมรับ ของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตในระดับมากที่สุด (4.80) ด้านความต้องการของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ส่วนใหญ่ต้องการ ให้ปรับปรุงชื่อปริญญาเป็น "ปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต" (Ph.D.) เพิ่มทักษะการเขียนบทความวิจัยระดับ สากล และเสริมสมรรถนะวิชาชีพด้านการเป็นล่ามและการแปลไทย-จีน ข้อเสนอแนะ หลักสูตรควรดำเนินการปรับปรุงในปี พ.ศ. 2569 โดยมุ่งเน้นการออกแบบย้อนกลับ (Backward Design) เพื่อกำหนดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ (PLOs) ที่สะท้อนสมรรถนะสากล การบูรณาการเทคโนโลยี AI ในงานวิจัย และการสร้างเครือข่ายศิษย์เก่าระดับนานาชาติเพื่อความยั่งยืนของหลักสูตร

Curriculum Evaluation of the Doctor of Arts Program in Communicative Thai as a Second Language (New Program 2021), Faculty of Liberal Arts, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. This research aims to evaluate the Doctor of Arts Program in Communicative Thai as a Second Language (New Program 2021) using Stufflebeam’s CIPP Model, encompassing four dimensions: Context, Input, Process, and Product. The study also investigates stakeholder needs to enhance the curriculum in accordance with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles. The sample group consisted of 15 experts, faculty members, and current students; 24 graduates; and 15 employers. Furthermore, focus group discussions were conducted with a total of 71 stakeholders from various institutions across both the Kingdom of Thailand and the People's Republic of China. The research findings are as follows: Context (C): The program demonstrates high alignment with the university’s vision and its unique identity in Chinese Studies. It successfully focuses on producing doctoral graduates with expertise in Thai-Chinese cross-cultural communication, adhering to the institutional philosophy of "Learning to Serve Society" while addressing the demand for specialized personnel in the ASEAN community. Input (I): 100% of the program's faculty members hold doctoral degrees, achieving the highest level of student satisfaction (5.00). Regarding learning support resources, the online library system (MS Teams) and high-speed internet infrastructure were rated as highly sufficient and effective. Process (P): The program maintains robust administrative mechanisms in compliance with the Thai Qualifications Framework (TQF). A significant highlight is the exemplary academic advising system (5.00) and a learner-centered instructional approach that emphasizes practical fieldwork every semester to develop advanced qualitative research competencies. Product (P): The program achieved a 100% on-time graduation rate and a 100% employment rate. Graduates have secured prestigious positions as faculty members in leading Chinese universities and executive roles in the private sector. The graduates' identity is characterized by a unique blend of Chinese diligence and Thai politeness, coupled with high research proficiency recognized by employers at the highest level (4.80). Stakeholder Needs: There is a significant demand to rename the degree to "Doctor of Philosophy" (Ph.D.) to enhance international recognition. Additionally, stakeholders emphasized the need for advanced international research writing skills and professional-level Thai-Chinese interpreting and translation competencies. Recommendations: The upcoming 2026 curriculum revision should adopt a "Backward Design" approach to redefine Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) that reflect global competencies. This includes integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into research processes and establishing an international alumni network to ensure long term program sustainability.
