ภาพสะท้อนคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของคนไทยในละครสั้นที่เผยแพร่ผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม YouTube พ.ศ. 2567-2568

Abstract

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ภาพสะท้อนคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของคนไทยในละครสั้นที่เผยแพร่ผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม YouTube พ.ศ. 2567-2568 จำนวน 60 เรื่อง ที่มีเนื้อเรื่องโดดเด่นด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมที่สื่อผ่านองค์ประกอบของละครสั้น โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเอกสารและการวิเคราะห์ตัวบทละครสั้น และนำเสนอผลการศึกษาแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ละครสั้นที่นำมาศึกษาได้สะท้อนคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำคัญไว้ 12 ประการ ได้แก่ ความขยัน อดทน ความเมตตา ความซื่อสัตย์ ความรับผิดชอบ ความกตัญญู ความยุติธรรม ความเสียสละ ความกล้าหาญ ความพอเพียง การรู้จักปล่อยวาง การเคารพ ให้เกียรติผู้อื่น และความไม่ประมาทในฐานะรากฐานสำคัญของการดำรงชีวิตทั้งในระดับบุคคล ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมนุษย์ และสังคม และสะท้อนถึงพฤติกรรมที่ขาดคุณธรรมจริยธรรมไว้ 14 ประการ ได้แก่ การขาดเมตตา การไม่ซื่อสัตย์ การไม่รับผิดชอบ การไม่มีความจริงใจ การไม่กตัญญู การขาดปัญญา การดูถูกดูหมิ่นคนอื่น ความโลภ การเอาเปรียบ การเย่อหยิ่ง ความอิจฉาริษยา การนินทาผู้อื่น ความเห็นแก่ตัว และความเกียจคร้านในฐานะปัจจัยสำคัญที่บั่นทอนทั้งระดับบุคคล ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมนุษย์ และสังคม ที่นำไปสู่ความเสื่อมถอยของความไว้วางใจ ความสามัคคี และความมั่นคงในครอบครัวหรือองค์กร ผลกระทบดังกล่าวไม่เพียงสร้างความเสียหายต่อผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรง แต่ยังส่งผลต่อโครงสร้างสังคมในวงกว้าง ทำให้เกิดความไม่เป็นธรรม ความแตกแยก และการสูญเสียความยั่งยืนของสังคมโดยรวม

This research article aims to analyze the reflection of Thai moral and ethical values in short dramas published on the YouTube platform during 2024–2025. A purposive sample of 60 narratives distinguished by their emphasis on moral and ethical dimensions was subjected to documentary research and textual analysis. The study employed documentary research and textual analysis of selected short dramas, with findings presented through descriptive analysis. The results revealed that the dramas reflect twelve key moral and ethical values-diligence, patience, compassion, honesty, responsibility, gratitude, justice, selflessness, courage, sufficiency, detachment, respect for others, and prudence-as fundamental principles for individual life, interpersonal relationships, and society. Conversely, fourteen behaviors indicating the absence of morality and ethics were identified, including lack of compassion, dishonesty, irresponsibility, insincerity, ingratitude, ignorance, disrespect, greed, exploitation, arrogance, envy, gossip, selfishness, and laziness. These negative behaviors undermine individuals, interpersonal trust, and organizational stability, leading to social injustice, fragmentation, and the erosion of sustainable social cohesion.
