ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองจากการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยนํา ปัจจัยเอื้อ ปัจจัยเสริม กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองจากการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนแห่งหนึ่งจํานวน 323 คนด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบไปด้วยความรู้และความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ทัศนคติต่อการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ การเข้าถึงแหล่งชื้อขายเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ สิ่งสนับสนุนทางสังคมและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองต่อการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.88 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีพฤติกรรมป้องกันตนเองจากการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (xˉ= 3.85, S.D.= 0.88) ปัจจัยนํามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระดับต่ำกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองจากการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์(r = .27,p = < .01)ปัจจัยเอื้อมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระดับต่ํากับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองจากการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์(r = .24,p = < .01 )และปัจจัยเสริมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระดับปานกลางกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองจากการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์(r = .35, p = < .01)จากผลการศึกษาในครั้งนี้คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์สามารถนําผลการวิจัยไปใช้เป็นกลยุทธ์เสริมสร้างทัศนคติที่ถูกต้อง การรับรู้ผลกระทบจากการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ เพื่อพัฒนาและดําเนินการจัดกิจกรรมให้เหมาะสมกับนักศึกษาต่อไป

This study was survey research on factors related to self-prevention behaviors against alcohol consumption of students in a private university in Samutprakarn province. The objectives were to examine the characteristics of the associated factors and to analyze the relationships between predisposing, enabling and reinforcing factors, and self-prevention behaviors regarding alcohol consumption among 323 students selected through simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire comprising knowledge and beliefs about drinking alcohol consumption, attitudes toward drinking alcohol consumption, access to alcoholic sources, social support and self-prevention behaviors against alcohol consumption. The questionnaire has are liability score of 0.88The findings showed that, overall nursing students exhibited a high level of self-prevention behaviors against alcohol consumption (xˉ= 3.85, S.D.= 0.88).The predisposing factors had a low positive correlation with self-prevention behaviors against alcohol consumption (r = .27, p < .01). The enabling factors had a low positive correlation with self-prevention behaviors against alcohol consumption(r = .24, p < .01).There in forcing factors had a moderate positive correlation (r = .35,p < .01)The results of this research allow the Faculty of Nursing to use strategies to create the right attitudes, perceive impacts of alcohol drinking and the development of tailored activities and educational programs.
