dc.description.abstractมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาจุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส อุปสรรค แนวทางการแก้ไข ปัญหาการดำเนินงาน และศึกษาศักยภาพของเครือข่าย ตลอดจนเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายในแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพของเครือข่าย สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ประกอบด้วย ผู้แทนที่มาจากคณะกรรมการบริหารเครือข่าย สมาชิก ภาครัฐและเอกชน ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ว่า เครือข่ายมีทั้งจุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และอุปสรรค เครือข่ายมีศักยภาพมากในเรื่อง ความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของแหล่งทรัพยากรธรรมชาติในท้องถิ่น คุณภาพและเอกลักษณะของมังคุดในเครือข่ายเมื่อเทียบกับคู่แข่ง การแข่งขันจากผู้ผลิตภายนอก เป็นต้น แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพของเครือข่าย เช่น เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ทำสวนมังคุดนอกฤดู สร้างกลยุทธ์การเพิ่มมูลค่าในการส่งออก เป็นต้นen_US
