ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพพยาบาลกับความพร้อมในการประกอบอาชีพการพยาบาล

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพพยาบาลกับความพร้อมในการ ประกอบอาชีพการพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 127 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยมี 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไปของนักศึกษาพยาบาล 2)แบบสอบถาม เกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 4 3) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพร้อม ในการประกอบอาชีพทางการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาด้วย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน ทุกข้อมีค่าความตรง (IOC) ตั้งแต่ 0.70-1.00 ทุกข้อ และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค โดยรวมทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.98 ผลการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพ พยาบาลกับความพร้อมในการประกอบอาชีพการพยาบาล พบว่า สมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพพยาบาลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับความพร้อมในการประกอบอาชีพการพยาบาล (r = .76, p-value = .000) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between nursing professional competency and readiness for nursing practice among fourth-year nursing students. The sample consisted of 127 fourth-year students from the Faculty of Nursing, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The research instruments comprised three sections: (1) General information of nursing students, (2) A questionnaire assessing nursing professional competency among fourth-year nursing students and (3) A questionnaire assessing readiness for nursing practice among fourth-year nursing students , Content validity was evaluated by three experts, Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) values ranging from 0 . 70 to 1.00 for all items. The reliability of the instruments was confirmed using Cronbach’s alpha coefficients with an overall coefficient of 0.98. The findings indicated a strong positive correlation between nursing professional competency and readiness for nursing practice (r = .76, p-value = .000), demonstrating a statistically significant association at the 0.01 level. These results suggest that higher levels of professional competency are closely linked to enhanced r e a d i n es s f o r nursing practice among final-year nursing students.
