| en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study explored the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in secondary school Chinese language teaching at Chonradsadornumrung School, Thailand. Approximately 400 Grade 7 students from 10 Chinese classes participated in the study. A mixed-methods approach, including a quasiexperimental design, questionnaires, interviews, and AI learning platform data analysis, was employed. The experimental group received instruction through the AI-supported “1+2+1 Smart Classroom Structure,” while the control group received traditional instruction. ChatGPT, AI Chinese Road, and Gemini were integrated into the pre-class, in-class, and post-class stages, respectively. Results showed that the experimental group’s mean score increased from 10.01 to 10.67, with a statistically significant difference (t = -3.709, p < 0.01). Questionnaire and interview findings indicated that AI enhanced classroom interaction, language practice opportunities, and learning feedback. The study provides practical implications for integrating AI into secondary school Chinese language teaching | en_US |
