en_US
Against the backdrop of globalization, educational exchanges between China and Thailand have become increasingly frequent. Chinese students studying in Thailand often encounter crosscultural conflicts in their academic and daily lives due to differences in religious beliefs, social norms, and lifestyle habits. These conflicts not only harm students' mental health and academic performance but also hinder the deepening of people-to-people exchanges between the two countries. This study surveyed 190 Chinese students in Thailand using a questionnaire and SPSS statistical analysis. The findings reveal that cross-cultural conflicts manifest mainly in three dimensions—daily life, social interaction, and psychological well-being—with individual differences at the psychological level being the most prominent, while environmental factors exert the greatest impact on such conflicts. The study proposes coping strategies from three perspectives—individual, institutional, and societal— so as to provide references for enhancing Chinese students' cross-cultural adaptability and for improving internationalization management in host universities.en_US
