การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบวัฒนธรรมกีฬาพื้นบ้านวัวชนไทย-จีน : กรณีศึกษาสนามชนโคบ้านนาทราย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช กับสนามย่าไท่ อำเภอฉือหลิน มณฑลยูนนาน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประวัติความเป็นมาและเปรียบเทียบวัฒนธรรมของกีฬาพื้นบ้านชนวัวไทย-จีน และเพื่อวิเคราะห์คุณค่าที่ปรากฏในกีฬาพื้นบ้านชนวัวไทย-จีน ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากการสัมภาษณ์โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงและแบบง่าย รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 60 คน จากทั้ง 2 สถานที่ รวมทั้งศึกษาจากเอกสารและนำเสนอผลการวิจัยแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ดังสรุปผลการวิจัย อภิปรายผล และข้อเสนอแนะ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กีฬาพื้นบ้านชนวัวไทย-จีนมีวัฒนธรรมที่หลากหลาย ได้แก่ 1) ภาษาเจ้าของวัวชนทั้งไทยและจีน มีการตั้งชื่อวัวชนที่มีความหมายที่ดี เพื่อชัยชนะและยังมีภาษาใช้เรียกเฉพาะขณะชนวัว 2) การแต่งกาย ผู้เข้าชมทั้งไทยและจีนมีการแต่งกายแบบปกติทั่วไป ยกเว้นในงานประเพณีต่างๆ และยังมีการแต่งกายให้วัวที่ชนะเพื่อแสดงถึงความภาคภูมิใจ 3) ด้านอาหารและการเลี้ยงดูอาหารของวัวชนทั้งไทยและจีนคือหญ้าเป็นหลัก แต่เจ้าของวัวชนบางคนจะมีอาหารเสริมให้กับวัวชน เช่น เครื่องดื่มชูกำลัง 4) ด้านความเชื่อ มีการกราบไหว้สิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ เช่น ไหว้เจ้าที่เพื่อให้ตนเองมีโชคลาภ 5) ด้านงานประเพณี มีการกราบไหว้สิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ เช่น ไหว้เจ้าที่เพื่อให้ตนเองมีโชคลาภ 5) ด้านงานประเพณี กีฬาพื้นบ้านชนวัวไทยและจีนนิยมจัดในงานประเพณีวันสารทเดือนสิบและที่งานประเพณีคบเพลิง นอกจากนี้กีฬาพื้นบ้านชนวัวยังมีคุณค่าในด้านต่างๆ ได้แก่ 1) ด้านเศรษฐกิจกีฬาชนิดนี้ได้สร้างเศรษฐกิจให้กับชาวบ้าน ทั้งยังดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวเข้ามาในชุมชน 2) ด้านสังคมภาครัฐทั้งไทยและจีนได้เข้ามาควบคุมกีฬาชนิดนี้ขณะมีการแข่งขัน ชาวบ้านจะได้พบปะกับผู้คนที่หลากหลายซึ่งทำให้เกิดความสามัคคีกันในหมู่คณะ 3) ด้านจิตใจ พบว่ากีฬาชนิดนี้ช่วยผ่อนคลายความเครียดและยังได้เข้าใจถึงลักษณะนิสัยของชาวบ้านทั้ง 2 พื้นที่นี้ อย่างไรก็ตาม ในปัจจุบันกีฬาพื้นบ้านชนวัวยังไม่เป็นที่รู้จักอย่างแพร่หลาย ดังนั้น ชาวบ้านและภาครัฐจึงควรสนับสนุนกีฬาพื้นบ้านนี้ให้เป็นที่รู้จักและเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวแห่งใหม่เพื่อการสืบสานให้กีฬาชนิดนี้ได้คงอยู่ต่อไป

The objective of is research is educating the historical and comparing of cultural sports of bullgighting for analyzing the value of this sport. The research made by using the qualitative method. The sampling method is the Purposive Sampling and Simple random sampling. There are 60 persons at the Amphoe from 2 places. The results are presented in the descriptive method. The researcher found that value of this sports from Thai and China as follows; 1) Language, Bull owner both Thai and Chinese set the name of bull by relating to the good meaning. Moreover, during the race, the bull owner has srt their bull by using a unique name. 2) Customer, the audience both Thai and Chinese have the ordinary custom style except during the special event and the winner bull was decorated for the proud victory. 3) Food and treat, the bull's food both Thai and Chinese are glass but some owner will treat their bull with special food to activate bull, 4) Believe, the owner pay respect to the spirit for the lucky of their bull. 5) Tradition, the most of bullfighting evebt arranged the event during "SardDuen Sib" fectival which is the festival at the tenth lunar month and the torque festival which is the festival to respect the spirit of ancient. Moreover, the bullfighting activity have the value for 1) Economic value, these sports make the circular economy in the society during the activity will attract tourist to the village. 2) Socialism value, the bullfighting sports make the relationship between internal and external people of the society. 3) Morality value, the bullfighting sports helps relieve stress and also understand the characteristics of the two villagers. However, at present, the popularity of bullfighting sport is decreasing and not popular among for the tourist. Then, the society and government should promote the bullgighting to be the tourism site and inherit thiss sport for the future.
