泰国儿童汉语教学互助合作学习理论研究

Abstract

随着对外汉语教学事业在泰国的蓬勃发展, 泰国汉语学习者的年龄层次逐渐向低龄化迈进, 经笔者在教学实践中发现, 儿童阶段的学生普遍存在汉语学习主动性和积极性不高, 注意力不集中等问题. 针对这些问题, 考虑到儿童阶段学生学习的特点, 笔者尝试引入"互助合作学习理论"于泰国儿童汉语教学中, 根据儿童心理特征制定出科学的, 适用于他们的汉语教学策略. 目前, 互助合作学习已成为了世界上许多国家都普遍采用与认可的, 且符合学生实际又富有创意的策略体系, 通过对该理论的研究发现, 儿童知识获得内化的过程必须通过外部环境刺激与周围同伴的相互合作, 学习才能获得, 而传统的以教师为中心的教学模式却忽略了同龄人间的互相影响. 于是笔者对互助合作学习理论进行研究, 选取了泰国萨拉萨坂朴分校的两个班作为试点, 进行了该理论的教学实验, 以"生生互助, 师生平等"为指导原则, 通过科学分组, 以小组团体表现作为奖励依据的形式来开展汉语教学活动, 同时为了更适应泰国儿童爱玩游戏的心理, 在互助合作学习课堂中, 加入了游戏活动, 最大限度激发学生课堂中的合作意识与学习主动性. 实验结果表明, 以上教学方法有效提高了学生中文学习成绩和学习兴趣, 增强了学生的合作意识.

การเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในฐานะภาษาต่างประเทศในประเทศไทยปัจจุบันกำลังเป็นที่นิยม โดยช่วงอายุวัยของผู้เรียนภาษาจีนจะอยู่ในช่วงวัยเด็ก ซึ่งผู้เรียนที่อยู่ในวัยเด็กมักจะมีสมาธิสั้น ไม่ค่อยมีความสนในใฝ่เรียนรู้ ผู้วิจัยจึงได้ศึกษาและนำทฤษฎีการจัดเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนและศึกษาเทคนิควิธีการสอนที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเด็กไทย เพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในฐานะภาษาต่างประเทศให้ดีมากยิ่งขึ้น ปัจจุบันทฤษฎีการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ เป็นทฤษฎีที่ได้รับการยอมรับจากประเทศทั่วโลก การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเป็นการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ โดยใช้กระบวนการกลุ่มเพื่อให้ผู้เรียนได้มีโอกาสสร้างสรรค์ผลงานร่วมกัน ผู้วิจัยจึงได้ศึกษาทฤษฎีการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ และได้นำมาทดลองใช้กับนักเรียนโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศบ้านแพ้ว ผู้วิจัยได้สุ่มตัวอย่างนักเรียนจำนวน 2 ห้อง โดยใช้ทฤษฎีการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือมาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งเน้นให้ผู้เรียนได้มีโอกาสเรียนรู้จากการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นกลุ่ม ช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน โดยมีครูผู้สอนคอยให้คำแนะนำในการทำกิจกรรม และมีการมอบรางวัลให้กับนักเรียนแต่ละกลุ่ม โดยในกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ผู้สอนจะเน้นการใช้กิจกรรมเกมประกอบการเรียนรู้ เพื่อกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความสนใจและมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดกิจกรรมเรียนรู้ให้มากที่สุด ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักเรียนมีความสนใจในการเรียนรู้ภาษาจีนมากยิ่งขึ้น อีกทั้งระดับความสามารถด้านภาษาจีนของนักเรียนมีการพัฒนาที่ดีขึ้น

With the vigorous development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in Thailand, the age of Chinese learners in Thailand gradully progressed to the younger age. The author found that the students in the school stage has low degree of enthusiasm in learning Chinese, not centralized and other learning issuse. In view of these problems, talking into account the characteristics of children's learning in children, I intriduced the theory of "cooperative learning" in teaching Chinese to Thai children according to the psychological characteristics of the children to help them to study well. At present, cooperative learning had become widely used in many countries in the world recognized and consistent with the actual and creative strategy to students. The study of this theory found out that children's knowledge to get internalized, process must be stimulated by external environment and the surronding partners to learn from each other and learning can be obtained. The traditional teacher-centered teaching model has ignored the mutual benefits of peers. So the author studied the theory of cooperative learning, and chose two classed of Sarasas Bangheao School in Thailand as the research site. I carried on this cooperative learning as the guiding priciple to participate in the form of group activities as the basis for incentives to carry out Chinese teaching activities, and in order for the Thai children to be interested to learn, participate in games and activites, to maximize students' involvement in the classroom, to stimulate awareness and learning initiative. The experiment results showed that the above teaching methods can effectively improve the students' academic achievement, learning interest, and enhance the students' sense of cooperation.
