分析泰国医疗旅游业汉语服务的应用 —以泰国私立医院医疗服务为例

Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์เล่มนี้เกี่ยวกับการให้บริการภาษาจีนในธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวเชิงการแพทย์ของไทย เพื่อเข้าใจสภาพความต้องการบุคลากรด้านภาษาจีนในการให้บริการด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงการแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนไทย อธิบายสภาพการให้บริการภาษาจีนและความสามารถด้านภาษาจีนของบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจนี้ และความสำคัญของการให้บริการภาษาจีนด้านการแพทย์ต่ออุตสาหกรรมดังกล่าว กระตุ้นให้โรงพยาบาลเอกชนไทยปรับปรุงให้บริการภาษาจีนให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ให้เหมาะสมกับการพัฒนาที่รวดเร็วของตลาดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงการแพทย์ เพื่อดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนให้มารับบริการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงการแพทย์ของไทยมากขึ้น ขอบเขตของงานวิจัย คือ โรงพยาบาลเอกชนไทยที่ให้บริการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงการแพทย์ รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการวิจัยเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์ และการแจกแบบสอบถามแก่บุคลากรผู้ให้บริการภาษาจีนในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนไทย และผู้รับบริการชาวจีนที่มารับบริการทางการแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนไทย ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า บริการทางการแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนไทยอยู่ในระดับคุณภาพ ด้านราคาเมื่อเทียบกับประเทศตะวันตกและประเทศในเอเชียที่ก้าวหน้าบางประเทศถือว่าเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ การบริหารจัดการภายในโรงพยาบาลโดยรวมค่อนข้างดี แต่ในด้านบุคลากรที่ให้บริการภาษาจีนยังขาดแคลนและระดับภาษาจีนไม่สูง ศัพท์ภาษาจีนด้านการแพทญืไม่เพียงพอ แม้ว่าผู้รับบริการชาวจีนจะเลือกมารับบริการทางการแพทย์ที่ประเทศไทยเนื่องด้วยเชื่อมั่นในคุณภาพการบริการและชอบสภาพแวดล้อม วัฒนธรรมและลักษณะนิสัยคนไทย แต่ในการเลือกโรงพยาบาลที่เข้ารับบริการ จะเลือกโรงพยาบาลที่มีการให้บริการภาษาจีนเป็นเหตุผลหลัก งานวิจัยฉบับนี้จึงสะท้อนให้เห็นว่า โรงพยาบาลควรพัฒนาความสามารถด้านภาษาจีนทางการแพทย์ของบุุคลากรผู้ให้บริการด้านภาษาจีน รวมทั้งเพิ่มช่องทางการให้บริการภาษาจีนที่เป็นตัวอักษรที่สำคัญอื่นๆ ด้วย งานวิจัยครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงสภาพการให้บริการด้านภาษาจีนในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนไทย นำเสนอความสำคัญของการให้บริการภาษาจีนในธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวเชิงการแพทย์ต่อการขยายตลาดชาวจีน อธิบายปัญหาด้านบุคลากรที่ให้บริการภาษาจีนในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนไทย สำรวจผลสะท้อนจากผู้รับบริการชาวจีน และนำเสนอมาตรการในการปรับปรุงแก้ไขต่อไป

This thesis presents information about the services given in Chinese language in Thailand Medical tourism to desinate the needs for hospital personnel proficient in Chinese language for providing services in medical tourism business. The study explores capability and use of Chinese language of the hospital personnel, described the conditions where Chinese language was used and the importance of providing medical services and information in Chinese. The results may suggest to the private hopitals. This improvement in communication in Chinese would make Thailand complete well in the rapid development of the medical tourism market and attract more Chinese tourists too visit Thailand for medical tourism purposes. The scope of the study is Thailand's private hospital offering medical tourism services. Data were collected by mean of documentation, interviews and questionnaires from Thai personnel providing medical information and services in Chinese language and Chinese patients who received medical services in private hospitals in Thailand. Results show that medical services in private hospitals in Thailand were at excellent quality. In respect to pricing when compares to weastern countries and other Asian nations thay are advanced, was still at an advantage. The overall management and services of the hospitals was at a satisfactory level but still lack Chinese speaking staff and their level of Chinese was not high enough, Chinese medical terminology was insufficient. As revealed by the study that Chinese patients chose to get medical services in Thailand due to confidence in the quality services and enjoyable atmosphere of Thailand's culture and friendly characteristics of the people; the criterion these patients decided on the hospitals to use, however, was mainly whether the hospitals have services in Chinese language. This seems to suggest that private hospitals in Thailand should have more personnel proficient in Chinese language and provide more sufficient Chinese language communication media. In conclusion, this paper demonstrates the current states of Chinese language used in providing services in private hospitals in Thailand, emphasizing the importance or providing services in Chinese language in the business of medical tourism, in particular, for expanding the Chinese toursim market. It describes the problems of the Chinese language proficiency and the number of personnel serving the Chinese patients in private hospitals in Thailand and provides suggestions for further improvement.

本论文研究的是泰国医疗旅游业中的汉语服务,以了解和掌握泰国私立医院在医疗旅游服务方面对汉语人才的需求情况，说明这一行业中相关人员的汉语水平和汉语服务状况,以及医疗汉语服务对该行业的重要性，促进泰国私立医院改善汉语服务,提高服务质量,适应泰国医疗旅游市场的快速发展,吸引更多的中国游客来泰接受医疗旅游服务。

本论文的研究范围是提供医疗旅游服务的泰国私立医院。研究方法是通过收集资料，文献研究、访谈法，以及对泰国私立医院提供汉语服务的人员和来泰国接受医疗服务的中国游客使用问卷调查法。

本论文的研究成果表明，泰国私立医院在医疗服务上具有优质的水平，在费用上与西方国家和一些亚洲先进国家比具有优势，在医院的整体管理上是比较好的。但在汉语服务上还存在着人才短缺和汉语水平不高，医疗专业词汇不足等问题。虽然中国医疗游客选择来泰国接受医疗服务的原因就是相信泰国医疗服务的品质和喜欢泰国的情景、文化和人们态度。但在哪家医院选择接受医疗服务时，以那家医院能提供汉语服务为第一原因。在此次调查问卷中可以反映院方应该提高汉语服务人员的医疗汉语能力，以及提供更多其他重要的文字服务方面。

本论文的研究揭示了泰国私立医院在汉语服务方面的状况，指出了医疗旅游中汉语服务对开拓中国医疗旅游市场的重要性，说明了泰国私立医院在汉语人才管理上的问题，调查了中国客户的反映以及提出了改进措施。
