โครงการวิจัยประเมินหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ (หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พ.ศ.2556) คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ (หลักสูตรปรับปรุง 2556) โดยใช้ตัวแบบ CIPP Model ของ Danial L. Stufflebeam เป็นการประเมินทั้งด้านบริบท ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ และผลผลิต ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บุคคลผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกับหลักสูตร ได้แก่ นักศึกษา บัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษา อาจารย์ผู้สอนประจำหลักสูตร นายจ้างหรือผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต และผู้ปกครอง เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติอย่างง่ายในรูปร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสรุปได้ดังนี้

ด้านบริบทของหลักสูตร ได้แก่ ประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร โครงสร้างของหลักสูตร และเนื้อหารายวิชาต่างๆ ของหลักสูตร มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยรวม 4.15

ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ได้แก่ประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ คุณวุฒิ/คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าศึกษา คุณวุฒิ/คุณสมบัติของอาจารย์ และปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน คุณวุฒิ/คุณสมบัติของอาจารย์ ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามอยู่ใน ระดับเห็นด้วย โดยเฉลี่ยรวม 4.13 ด้านคุณวุฒิ/คุณสมบัติของนักศึกษ มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามอยู่ใน ระดับเห็นด้วยโดยเฉลี่ยรวม 4.07 ส่วนปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยโดยเฉลี่ยรวม 3.59

ด้านปัจจัยกระบวนการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร ได้แก่ ประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้อง การจัดการเรียนการสอน การบริหารหลักสูตร และการให้คำปรึกษาของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย โดยเฉลี่ยรวม 4.02

ด้านผลผลิตของหลักสูตร ได้แก่ประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประเมินตนเองของบัณฑิต การประเมินของผู้ปกครองบัณฑิต และการประเมินผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิตค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย โดยเฉลี่ยรวม 3.99

ในภาพรวมของหลักสูตร มีความเหมาะสมมีคุณภาพดี เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ มีการดำเนินการที่เป็นมาตรฐาน และสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน บัณฑิตของหลักสูตรสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปใช้งานให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อองค์กรได้ ข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้รับจากผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามในด้านการปรับเปลี่ยนเนื้อหาวิชา หรือควรเพิ่ม รายวิชาให้มีความทันสมัย ตรงกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานในอนาคต และสามารถเป็นผู้ประกอบการได้ อุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอนให้ทันสมัย และการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนเสริมหลักสูตรต่างๆ เพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ของนักศึกษา จุดอ่อนที่สำคัญของหลักสูตรที่ควรพัฒนาและปรับปรุง ได้แก่ ความรู้ด้านภาษาต่างประเทศของบัณฑิตซึ่งผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาหลักสูตรต่อไป

This research aimed to evaluate the quality management the education of the Bachelor Degree Program in International Business Management (Revised Curriculum 2013). The evaluate research was based on the Daniel L Stufflebeam CIPP Model comprised of context, input, process and outputs, the population included stakeholder such as current students, graduates, employers, lecturers and parents. The research instruments were questionnaired, interviews and focus group by using simple statistics: frequency. avarage, standard deviation and descriptive data analyzed.

The results of this research presented tha maximum scored average in each factors of this model which consist of 1) Context: credits were appropriate, the suitable of the subjects' priority matter were in accordance with the curriculum, not complicate in each subject matters and sufficiency in selected subjects. Input: were the good attitude's learner and the lecturer have code of ethics in career and score were maximum scored average (x̄=4.15). Process: the objectives, scopr, activities and evaluation be clear, it has the impluse and let learner to have suggestion in class, the appropriate of the peirod and promote learners to get used to internet technology. The curriculum has different activities and score were maximum scores average (x̄=3.59). Output: the graduates have profound knowledge in program, include another knowledge in others subject for work. Besides graduates have efficiency in techniques and problem-solving method. For affective domain graduate have creative mind, sacrifice and dedication. For skill, they abide by organization's objectives and goals and score were maximum scored average (x̄=3.99).

Course overview appropriate and good quality. Meet the standard purpose. And consistently with the needs of the labor market. Graduated of course can take knowledge gained to benefit the organization. There are suggestions received from the respondents. In terms of modifying the content of the course or shoul add courses to the modern way. Meet the needs of the labor in the future. Also, can be entrepreneur. The major weaknesses of the curriculum were that foreign lanaguage proficiency of the graduate's skills. The results of the research can be used as a guideline to improve and develop of the curriculum.
