งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนมือถือ วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแนะนำโภชนาการอาหารที่เหมาะสมกับคุณลักษณะบุคคลของผู้สูงอายุและเพิ่มทางเลือกในการรับประทานอาหาร โดยโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนมือถือมีหลักการทำงานดังนี้ 1) การคำนวณแคลอรี่ประจำวัน และค่าอื่น ๆ ที่เหมาะสม 2) การแนะนำรายการอาหารด้วยการใช้หลักการ K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) และการแนะนำการออกกำลังกายตามข้อจำกัดของร่างกาย 3) การบันทึกรายการอาหารและน้ำดื่มประจำวัน 4) รายงานภาพรวมของการดูแลโภชนาการของตนเอง ระบบที่พัฒนาเป็นโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนมือถือบนระบบปฏิบัติการไอโอเอส เพื่อความสะดวกในการใช้งาน ผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมทดสอบกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างของผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 30 คน จากการทำแบบประเมินพบว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถแนะนำโภชนาการอาหารได้อย่างดี มีความพึงพอใจของภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ( = 4.25) โดยผู้สูงอายุสามารถเลือกอาหารที่เหมาะสม ทั้งปริมาณ แคลอรี่ และคุณค่าทางโภชนาการได้ด้วยตนเอง ซึ่งส่งผลดีหากรับประทานอาหารที่ดีต่อสุขภาพควบคู่กับออกกำลังกาย จำกัดปริมาณในการรับประทาน และได้รับสารอาหารครบถ้วนในแต่ละวันจะส่งผลให้ร่างกายสามารถเผาผลาญพลังงานส่วนเกินได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
This research is for the development of mobile applications. The objective is to recommend nutrition that is suitable for the individual characteristics of the elderly and to increase dietary choices. The mobile application contains: 1) keeping track of daily calories and other relevant values 2) food and exercise recommendations based on the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) principle 3) recording of daily food and drink items 4) a self-nutrition overview report. The system has been developed as a mobile application on the iOS operating system for ease of use, and the results of the experimental program were tested with a sample of 30 elderly people. From the assessment, it was found that the developed system was able to recommend good nutrition for food. Overall satisfaction was at a good level (= 4.25). The elderly can choose the appropriate food, both in calorie content and nutritional value, by themselves. This is beneficial if eating a healthy diet is combined with exercise. Limiting the amount of food and receiving complete nutrients each day will result in the body's being able to burn excess energy more efficiently.
