สีในสถาปัตยกรรม : เปรียบเทียบศาสนสถานจีนในไทยและจีน

Abstract

งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาสีในสถาปัตยกรรม โดยใช้วิธีการเปรียบเทียบศาสนสถานจีนในไทยและจีน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเชื่อและวัฒนธรรมที่แฝงอยู่ในการใช้สีของสถาปัตยกรรมของจีนในไทยและจีนในจีน วิเคราะห์ความเหมือนและความต่างของความเชื่อกับวัฒนธรรมระหว่างการใช้สีของสถาปัตยกรรมจีนในไทยและจีนในจีน ขอบเขตของการวิจัยคือ การใช้สีของวัดจีนทางศาสนาพุทธมหายานที่อยู่ในประเทศจีนสองแห่ง ได้แก่ วัดต้าหมิงซื่อ (大明寺) กับวัดกั๋วเอินซื่อ (国恩寺) และการใช้สีของวัดจีนทางศาสนาพุทธมหายานที่อยู่ในประเทศไทยสองแห่ง ได้แก่ วัดมังกรกมลาวาส (龙莲寺) กับวัดโพธิ์แมนคุณาราม (普门报恩寺) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การใช้สีของวัดจีนทางศาสนาพุทธมหายานที่อยู่ในไทยและอยู่ในจีนมีความเชื่อและวัฒนธรรมแฝงอยู่ ความเชื่อที่แฝงอยู่กับการใช้สีของวัดทางศาสนาพุทธมหายานที่อยู่ในไทยและอยู่ในจีน 4 แห่งนี้เหมือนกันและต่างกันอย่างไร

This research studied the colors of Chinese Buddhism Temples in Thailand and China by comparing culture and beliefs inherited in the use of colors. The study also analyzed the similarities and differences in using colors of both countries. The scope of the research was to study the colors used in 2 Mahayana Buddhist temples colors in China: Da Ming Zhi Temple (大明寺) and Guo’en Zhi Temple (国恩寺) and 2 Mahayana Chinese Buddhist temples colors in Thailand: Mungkorn Kamalavas Temple (龙莲寺) and Pho-Mankunaram Temple (普门报恩寺). The study found that colors of the Mahayana Buddhist Temples in China and Thailand inherited beliefs and culture. The belief behind the use the colors between those Chinese temples had similarities have differences.
