วิจัยครั้งนี้ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับความเครียดของพนักงานโรงแรมจากการดูแลผู้กักตัวโรคโค วิด–19 ในโรงแรมแห่งหนึ่ง เขตบางนา กรุงเทพมหานคร ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล, ปัจจัยด้านการปฏิบัติงานและปัจจัยด้าน การป้องกันความเสี่ยงในการติดโรคโควิด–19 การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศชายและเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 50), ตำแหน่งงานอื่นๆ (ฝ่ายขาย, ช่างซ่อม บ ารุง, ฝ่ายบุคคล, คนขับรถและฝ่ายสารสนเทศ) (ร้อยละ 30.70), มีช่วงอายุ 29 – 35 ปี (ร้อยละ 40.91), ไม่มีโรค ประจ าตัว (ร้อยละ 97.70), ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี (ร้อยละ 37.50), สถานภาพโสด (ร้อยละ 67.00), สถานะ การเงินรายรับมากกว่ารายจ่าย (ร้อยละ 65.90), ชั่วโมงการนอนหลับมากกว่า 7 ชั่วโมง/วัน (ร้อยละ 69.30), ช่วงอายุ การทำงานน้อยกว่า 3 ปี (ร้อยละ 64.80), ระยะเวลาในการทำงานอยู่ในช่วง 8 ชั่วโมง/วัน (ร้อยละ 71.60), ปัจจัย ด้านการปฏิบัติงานในด้านลักษณะงาน อยู่ในระดับน้อย (ร้อยละ 47.70), ด้านบทบาทและหน้าที่อยู่ในระดับน้อยและ ปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 35.20), ด้านสัมพันธภาพและด้านโครงสร้างและบรรยากาศองค์กร อยู่ในระดับน้อย (ร้อยละ 80.70), ด้านการดำเนินชีวิตและครอบครัว อยู่ในระดับน้อย (ร้อยละ 51.10) ปัจจัยด้านการป้องกันความเสี่ยงในการ ติดโรคโควิด–19 ด้านพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองและด้านมาตรการป้องกันของโรงแรม อยูในระดับมาก (ร้อยละ 88.60) จากการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้พบว่า ตำแหน่งงาน อายุ โรคประจำตัว ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสถานะทางการเงิน จำนวนชั่วโมงการนอนหลับ ระยะเวลาในการทำงาน ด้านลักษณะงาน ด้านบทบาทและหน้าที่ ด้านสัมพันธภาพ ด้าน โครงสร้างและบรรยากาศองค์กร ด้านการดำเนินชีวิตและครอบครัว พฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเอง และมาตรการของ โรงแรม มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับความเครียด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
The objective of this study is to investigate factors related to stress levels among quarantine hotel workers during the COVID–19 pandemic at a hotel in Bangna District, Bangkok that include: personal factors, operational factors and factors for preventing COVID–19 using a cross–sectional descriptive study method. The sample of this study included 88 workers. The instrument used to collect data was questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by statistical software package. The results of this study showed that the sample were males (50.00%) and females (50.00%), job position (sales department, maintenance technician, human resources, driver and information department) (30.70%), age range of 29–35 years, (40.91%), the samplea had no congenital disease (97.73%), finished bachelor’s degree (37.50%), marital status (single) (67.50%), financial status (revenues over expenditures) (65.90), hours of sleep more than 7 hours/day (69.30%), working–age less than 3 years (64.77%), have a period of time to work in the range of 8 hours per day (71.60%). The operation factors include the job description factor at the low level (47.70%), the role and job function factor were at the low and medium level (35.20%), the relationship within the organization factor and the structure and organizational climate factor at the low level (80.70%), the lifestyle and family factor at the low level (51.10%). The factors for preventing COVID–19: Disease behavior prevention factor and COVID–19 preventive measure of hotel at the high level (88.66%). From the study, it was found that job position, age, congenital disease, education, financial status, hours of sleep, working time, the job description factor, the role and job function factor, the relationship within the organization factor, the structure and organizational climate factor, the lifestyle and family factor, disease behavior prevention and COVID–19 preventive measure of hotel were related to stress levels with the level of statistical significance at 0.05.
