การศึกษาวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสำรวจการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ของร้านขายยา ในประเทศไทย ซึ่งเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบการสอบถามออนไลน์ผ่านแพลทฟอร์ม Line® และ Facebook® ระหว่างเดือน พฤศจิกายน 2563 - มีนาคม 2564 โดยมีร้านขายยาสมัครใจให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 338 ร้าน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติด้วย ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ Chi-square
ผลการสำรวจพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเภสัชกรเจ้าของร้านขายยา (ร้อยละ 61.5) เภสัชกรประจำร้าน (ร้อยละ 24.0) และเป็นเจ้าของที่ไม่ได้เป็นเภสัชกร (ร้อยละ 14.5) เป็นร้านขายยาเดี่ยว (ร้อยละ 85.8) ร้านขายยาลูกโซ่ (ร้อยละ 11.2) และร้านขายยาแฟรนไชส์ (ร้อยละ 3.0) เกือบทั้งหมดเป็นร้านที่มีใบอนุญาตสำหรับ ร้านขายยาในแผนปัจจุบันประเภท ขย.1 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.2 มีภูมิลำเนาของร้านขายยาอยู่ในกรุงเทพและปริมณฑล (ร้อยละ 32.5) รองลงมา คือ ภาคตะวันออก (ร้อยละ 20.4) ภาคกลาง (ร้อยละ 18.3) ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ (ร้อย ละ 10.4) ภาคเหนือ (ร้อยละ 9.5) และภาคใต้ (ร้อยละ 8.9) มีทำเลที่ตั้งใกล้แหล่งที่อยู่อาศัย/ชุมชน (ร้อยละ 57.5) อยู่บริเวณตลาด (ร้อยละ 29.5) อยู่ใกล้โรงพยาบาล (ร้อยละ 6.3) อยู่ภายในศูนย์การค้า (ร้อยละ 5.8) และอยู่ติดถนนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 1.0) โดยมีค่ามัธยฐานของการเปิดร้าน 14 ปี (พิสัย 1 เดือน ถึง 72 ปี) ร้านมีพื้นที่อยู่ในช่วง 26-50 ตารางเมตร (ตร.ม.) ร้อยละ 47.6 และร้อยละ 34.0 ที่มีพื้นที่ในช่วง 8-25 ตร.ม. (พิสัย 8-360 ตร.ม) ในจำนวนนี้มีการ ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ร้อยละ 58.0 แยกเป็น ร้านขายยาเดี่ยว ร้านขายยาเฟรนไชส์ และร้านยาลูกโซ่ ร้อยละ 51.7, 80.0 และ 100.0 ตามลำดับ และเป็นร้านขายยาในกรุงเทพฯและปริมณฑล ร้อยละ 60.9 เมื่อคำนวณสถิติ Chi-square พบว่า สถานะของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามในร้านขายยา (p-value < 0.000) ประเภทร้านขายยา (p-value < 0.000) ภูมิภาคที่ตั้ง (p-value = 0.029) ทำเลที่ตั้งในศูนย์การค้า (p-value = 0.029) อายุของร้านขายยา (p- value < 0.000) และพื้นที่ของร้าน (p-value = 0.007) ทั้ง 6 ตัวแปร มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
สรุป ร้านขายยามีแนวโน้มการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เพิ่มมากขึ้น เมื่อเทียบกับในอดีต โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่ม ร้านขายยาที่มีเภสัชกรประจำร้านขายยาลูกโซ่และแฟรนไชส์ ร้านขายยาที่ตั้งในศูนย์การค้า ร้านขายยาใหม่ และมี พื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ จึงควรสนับสนุนส่งเสริมให้ทุกร้านขายยามีการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการ บริการ การบริหารจัดการ และพร้อมเชื่อมต่อกับระบบสุขภาพ เพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อผู้รับบริการ
The objective of this cross-sectional study was to survey the use of computer program in community pharmacies in Thailand. Data were collected by online questionnaires via Line® and Facebook® during November, 2020 – March, 2021. The voluntary respondents were 338 community pharmacies around Thailand. Data were analyzed by statistical method such as frequency, percentage, average and Chi-square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents were pharmacist on duty/owner of pharmacies (61.5%), pharmacist on duty only (24.0%) and owner of pharmacies only (14.5%). The types of respondents were independent pharmacies (85.8%), chain pharmacies (11.2%) and franchised pharmacies (3.0%). Almost of respondents were first classed community pharmacies (96.2%). They are located in Bangkok and
vicinity (32.5%), eastern region (20.4%), central region (18.3%), north-eastern region (10.4%), northern region (9.5%) and southern region (8.9%) The store locations of respondents were in the community (57.5%), near the market (29.5%), closed to hospital (6.3%), in shopping center (5.8%)
and at the main road (1.0%). The median lifetime of respondents was 14 years (range; 1 month - 72 years). There were 47.6% of respondents that had an area of 26-50 square-meters (m2), 34.0% of 8-25 m2 (range; 8-360 m2). More than a half (58.0%) of respondents used the computer program. 51.7% of independent pharmacies, 80.0% of franchised pharmacies and 100.0% of chain pharmacies used the computer program. In Bangkok and vicinity, 60.9% of them used the computer program. When Chi-square test was calculated, the use of the computer program were associated statistically significant with the ownership/pharmacist on duty (p-value < 0.000), type of pharmacy (p-value < 0.000), region of location (p-value = 0.029), store location at shopping centers
(p-value = 0.029), lifetime of pharmacy (p-value < 0.000) and store area (p-value = 0.007). In conclusion, the trend on the use of the computer program in Thai community pharmacies was increasing when compared with the past, especially pharmacies with pharmacist on duty, chain pharmacies, franchised pharmacies, pharmacies at shopping centers, and pharmacies with large area. Thus, we should promote and support every pharmacy to use of the computer program that will elevate the efficiency of pharmacy service and management and networking with health system for better health outcomes.
