ความคาดหวังของสถานประกอบการที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาฝึกงานระบบทวิภาคืของสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของสถานประกอบการที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาฝึกงานระบบทวิภาคีของสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา และเพื่อวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของสถานประกอบการที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาฝึกงานระบบทวิภาคีกับคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาฝึกงานระบบทวิภาคีตามสภาพจริง โดยจำแนะคุณลักษณะตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิอาชีวศึกษาแห่งชาติ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ 2) ด้านสมรรถนะหลักและสมรรถนะทั่วไป 3) ด้านสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ซึ่งมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สถานประกอบการที่รับนักศึกษาเข้าฝึกงานระบบทวิภาคีและส่งตัวนักศึกษากลับ จำนวน 37 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม และการสนทนากลุ่มย่อย (Focus Group) ข้อมูลทางสถิติเพื่อวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.41) รองลงมา คือ ด้านสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.36) และด้านสมรรถนะหลักและสมรรถนะทั่วไป (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.24) โดยในภาพรวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.36) และผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของสถานประกอบการที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาฝึกงานระบบทวิภาคี พบว่า ด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาที่ต่างกันส่งผลต่อความคาดหวังของสถานประกอบการไม่แตกต่างกัน ด้านสมรรถนะหลักและสมรรถนะทั่วไปของนักศึกษาที่ต่างกันส่งผลต่อความคาดหวังของสถานประกอบการแตกต่างกัน และด้านสมรรถนะวิชาชีพของนักศึกษาที่ต่างกันส่งผลต่อความคาดหวังของสถานประกอบการไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05

The purpose of this study was to study the expectations of working places towards studeny trainee characteristics in dual vocational training system of vocational education institutes in Chachoengsao province, and to compare the expectations of working places in real conditions of vocational education institutes. 1) Desirable characteristics 2) Main competencies and general competencies 3) Professional competencies. The sample is the establishment of students to practice the bilateral experience and send back 37 work with the tools used as a questionnaire and focus group, the data One-way ANOVA, percentage mean and standard deviation. The results show that the desirable characteristics. (Mean = 4.41), followed by professional competencies. (Mean=4.36). Main competencies and general competencies. (Mean = 4.24).
